I understand the attempt to make the description sound fun and inviting but the overly whimsical and wordy language in the app and emails made it difficult to understand the actual details of the property. Instead of straightforward information about features, policies, or amenities, I had to sift through paragraphs of "cute" phrasing and flowery metaphors, which honestly just made the key points hard to find. When people are trying to get information, clarity should come first. I'd recommend simplifying the language to prioritize clear, direct communication. Both times I spoke to an actual person, they were great and helpful though.
