Perfect location in the heart of Seaside, between the commercial district and beautiful Ruskin Place, just steps to all the action and a short walk to the beach. You will get 2 beach wristbands to access the private Seaside beach at the Coleman Pavilion. This cozy and charming studio is bright and modern. It has recently been updated. There is a king size bed, dining table, smart TV and fully stocked kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is one full bathroom with a shower and a closet for storage. This is a perfect unit for a couples get away. Parking is first come first serve. There is no reserved parking spots. We will leave a parking pass to park in the paid parking area inside of the studio. This is a self check in unit. Check in instructions will be texted the day of arrival when the unit is ready for occupancy.

It was a perfect little spot to stay for the 2 of us and so very convenient. Everything was clean and neat and comfortable, the host was quick to respond and we had a great time! We were in Seaside for a wedding and all the festivities were in short walking distances. It was great having the parking pass all paid for and the beach access too! Would definitely go back to this cozy studio and it is a great deal! Thanks

Room and location were amazing! Apartment sits behind restaurants & stores so there was some noise early mornings with deliveries coming in but was not bad and as expected given Seaside is an early morning type town. Stayed here solo and walkability was amazing and felt extremely safe. Bed was comfortable and perfect amount of space for one, may be little tighter space when visiting with two people

Room was as described. Property management was quick to answer questions. It has been some time since I visited Seaside and was surprised that we had to pay daily for pool usage. The terms were listed at the bottom of the amenities list.
