This condo is amazing!!!! Besides beautifully decorated, the place has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Every morning having coffee on the porch looking at the beach was truly magical. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. It’s well-stocked and visually appealing, making it a comfortable home base for a beach vacation.However, a few things made it difficult to fully relax. The unit is not well insulated, and we could hear very loud stomping and noise from the upstairs neighbors at all hours, including late at night. It also appeared that some nearby units had more guests than allowed, which added to the noise and overall busyness.Parking was especially tight, and unfortunately, someone hit my car in the lot and left without a note. Not necessarily the host’s fault, but still a frustrating part of the experience.All in all, while the condo is lovely and in a prime location, the noise level and lack of peace made it hard to truly unwind. Next time, I may opt for a more upscale property with better soundproofing and a more peaceful environment.

This condo is amazing!!!! My husband, myself, and our 4 year old cockapoo stayed here in June! This condo is clean, stunning design, and insanely functional. No detail was missed in this beautiful place. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony. Morning coffee here was so relaxing. The beach access was not complicated at all. You walk out to a private beach and the lifeguards helped guide us to the public beach access. Lots of space on the beach. People not on top of one another even during busy vacationing season. Location is perfect as well. 6 minute drive away from old Florida fish house and a good central location of 30a. We can’t say enough fabulous things about this condo! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Condo

The inside of this condo was perfect. Beautifully remodeled with plenty of space. Great location with a pretty ocean view and literally just a few short steps to the beach. There were only a few downsides to the condo. No tv in the master bedroom. Tiny ironing board. The beach directly in front of the condo was private for other condos so you had to walk down a little ways to set up chairs. The pool was small and had no shade.

Fabulous Stay!

My family and I couldn't have enjoyed our time more at this rental. It was so beautifully decorated and made us feel at home. We loved the water view and the ice maker! We hope to stay again on our next visit to 30A!!

Great Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated, my son loved the bunk room with the tvs. The bikes included were fun to use and explore 30a. The only downside is that you can not set up chairs right at the nearest boardwalk so walking to the beach access was not great with all the stuff to carry. There is a golf cart that will take you to the beach access but it wasn’t always there available. Overall, the condo was great for our family and would recommend it to family and friends given the knowledge after staying.

Great View and Neighborhood

We’ve stayed off Lakewood Dr a few years back and generally within a mile of this Beachside Villas rental. The location is hard to beat. It’s close to Beachy Bean and Coastside, and Yellowfin for sea and surf gear etc. the beach access was super close, just have to walk down the little boardwalk and turn right and walk about 50 yards past the Private Beach area for the Beachside Estates. Once you get down to the beach it’s really close if you wanted to come back to the rental for a snack or break. The water view from the covered patio is super nice as well. We spent time out there in the mornings and evenings for coffee or beers. The accommodations were nice as well, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. The kitchen supplies were a little sparse but wasn’t too bad. All in all a great stay.

One of nicest we stayed at. Looks like pictures on listing. Clean. Comfortable bed. Partial view of ocean. Room on second floor with stairs. Quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is the access showing in picture leads to a private beach. You can only walk at the waterline of the beach.

beautiful, clean condo and amazing location!

I booked this place with my boyfriend as a vacation with his dog because the price was in our budget and the interior and views looked amazing. He broke up with me the day before we left so I ended up going alone. It was such a beautiful place! I highly recommend, all the appliances are new and nice, the condo was spotless, the mattresses are SO comfortable, and the location (+ view) is perfect. It’s such an easy walk to the beach and back and you can bike easily to Seaside or Rosemary if you want more action. I am looking forward to staying here again (maybe not alone next time).

Great location and super cute place

We were very pleased with our stay. The walk to the beach was very convenient and we had a fun week. Our only big complaint is that when the clock strikes 10, you better have all of your things and people out, because the door automatically locks once closed. We closed the door at 9:57 and went back to get our two dogs at 10:02 and were locked out. We were sent a new code, but it is very concerning to think children could possibly be locked inside. I think a 15 minute grace period would be nice- or a very clear sign on the door that states it locks behind you at 10am checkout.

Annual Summer Beach Vacation

The property has recently been renovated with top of the line lighting, appliances, etc. My daughter is an interior designer and was very surprised at the quality! The walk to the beach is 1 minute.
