Designer Townhouse across from The Big Chill with 4 Bikes

Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30-A located near Watersound and Alys Beach. There is a large community pool with zero level entry. There are grills at the pool to cook your favorite burgers. The Big Chill formerly known as The Hub is located across the street in easy walking distance. It features food trucks, restaurants, shops and entertainment. The stage hosts musical acts, movies and in the fall watch your favorite sports team on the big screen. My townhouse is 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It has been professionally decorated in shades of white, gray and blue. Each bedroom has it's own smart TV and there is one centrally located in the living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with the dishes and cookware you will need to prepare family meals. I have 4 bicycles available for your convenience and beach chairs and an umbrella and boogie boards. Recently renovated Deer Lake Park is just a short drive or bike ride away with public beach access, picnic tables, restrooms and parking. There is a $3 entry fee. The county is currently updating the bridge after Deer Lake State Park so 30A is closed at that point to thru traffic. To access Seagrove Beach and Seaside and communities west of that, you must take a detour to Hwy 98. Golf carts can only be rented exclusively through 30A Gulf Carts. My property and three others are managed by Southern Girl Vacation Rentals.

Great Stay...Small mishaps

Overall great stay....Not sure if property manager saw my text or not because my reception was spotty....We had small issue with ants in kitchen so we ended up spraying ourselves and smoke detector in guest bedroom chirped our entire stay fue to needing battery change...Ceilings were too high for us to take battery out....Orherwise, we had a great time

The Perfect Beach House

We had an incredible vacation staying here! The house was beautifully decorated and has a lovely ambience. The pool was also amazing and very close to us. I look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible stay in 30A!

We LOVED our time in this beautiful townhome

We had such a great time in this beautiful property. The host was very responsive, and everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There were plenty of towels, silverware, etc for our family of 7, and the fact that the host provided beach chairs, and umbrella and beach toys made things so much easier for us. The townhome was beautifully decorated, and the bunk bed with trundle allowed all four of our little ones to sleep comfortably in one room. Short walk to the pool and the Hub. We will definitely be back soon!

Great unit

Great unit & Dee Dee was excellent to respond. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean & our linens smelled freshly laundered. The pool was perfect for families. Our only drawback was the beach shuttle situation. We simply drove to the beach (not a problem) but if you are counting on the beach shuttle option the run times are limited. Overall a great experience & we plan to use this unit again next year if possible.

AMAZING STAY!!

I wanted a relaxing and nice weekend with all my girl friends and this house made it 1000% better. This house was so nice and decorated beautifully! I would recommend this house to ANYONE looking for a place to stay in Santa Rosa!
