When we walked into the home, our jaws dropped! It was beautifully decorated and had a great layout. The master on the first floor was awesome! The golf cart was great and got us to the beach in no time. The location was spot on, and the pool a couple of houses over was great. Thanks for a great stay!

This house is so pretty and fit our family with 6 teen/adult kids and a grand baby perfectly. It’s kitchen was so well stocked and the golf cart and beach toys made everything so fun!! The golf cart was the a hit! It’s close to the beach and good food and coffee. What more can ya ask for? We would love to stay here again!

Awesome family vacation in a beautiful house

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bedroom setup was perfect for 3 couples and 3 children. The use of the golf cart was a lot of fun taking to the beach, restaurants and gas station for ice. The beach there was amazing. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Great family house

We had 4 generations and the house was perfect. Close to the beach and a great 6 person cart to get us there. Downstairs master for the oldest couple and a 2nd gathering space upstairs for the kids. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor shower was great to clean the kids off after the beach. Very comfortable with everything you need.

The house was great and fit our needs. Having the golf cart available to go back and fourth to the beach is a great addition. MJ the property manager was very prompt on a couple minor questions we had. Overall we had a great experience.

2024 Family Vacation!

What a great overall experience! The location was exceptional, and the neighborhood was perfect and family-friendly. The house seemed pretty new and in great shape. The furniture was rustic and beachy. Upon arrival, the cleaning crew could have been a bit more tidy. There was sand throughout the house, and some linens were not cleaned. Other than that, I had no real complaints. The golf car was parative, a great bonus. Check-in could have been a bit smoother.

Amazing House!

The house was beyond expectation with additional amenities not normally found in other houses we have rented. The brightness of the house and the room sizes were perfect. We would surely stay again in the future. Great location to the beach. Quite neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Santa Rosa beach stay

Fantastic Week!

What a great week! Of all the years we have rented homes for family vacation, this was by far our best experience. The home was extremely well-equipped, including plenty of items for our twin toddler grandkids. The location is a short golf cart ride to the beach and is 3 doors down from the pool. We loved the upstairs landing for the kids to play quietly in the evening which helped them wind down before bed. The hosts were generous and very easy to work with, and the property manager was great! We could not have been more pleased.

Amazing House and Vacation

We had a blast and the house was amazing! Had one little hiccup with the internet and texted the manager about it. He responded within minutes and we got it back up within a few minutes. He was super responsive. The house was amazing and super clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to be able to cook meals, as well as a grill on the patio. The golf cart was so useful and handy to have to be able to haul all of the beach gear and our people down to the beach. We even walked it a few times and wasn't bad at all. I would highly recommend this house! We had a great family trip! Best of luck!

Best stay ever!!!

This home is newly built and in an upcoming subdivision located across from the Dune Allen beach access. The home is so tastefully decorated and furnished. Kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need and also has a separate beverage fridge and ice maker. There was plenty of space for a family of 10. The rooms are very spacious with nice closets, large tvs and bathrooms. The separate upstairs living area is especially nice with 2 sofas and a tv. The home came with a 6 seater golf cart which was very helpful when traveling to the beach and the garage was packed with tons of beach equipment that we were able to use. The outdoor shower was also a nice bonus. The pool is located almost right next door and is nice and quiet. The owners and property manager were extremely friendly and helpful. Located at 65 Magical Place, this home is definitely magical and we definitely recommend this home and will surely be back.

Great Vacation House!

We loved our quick stay at the Saltwater Inn. Our group consisted of six adults and six kids ranging from 1 - 8 years old, and we had plenty of room! The house is beautiful, and felt spacious even with our large group. It was a short walk to the beach, but we took advantage of the golf cart. We really appreciated borrowing the beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys provided! The owners and property manager are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this house to anyone, and we hope to stay here again!

This place was in the perfect location!

This was perfect for a family of five! We loved the location. It was easy easy access to the beach and a hop, skip, and jump to the pool. The house had everything you needed to enjoy time away! All you need is food, drinks, toiletries, and beach towels. Everything else is there. We used Walmart delivery for all our needs. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We can’t wait to come back!

Great location and great house

This home had everything we needed! It’s in a great location and the golf cart was such a great idea! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking items we needed! We had one issue and it might be because we love our bed at home. The platform bed in the master on the main is not comfortable. Probably needs to be a mattress and box spring. Just a suggestion. We had a great week in this home.

Great location!

Everything was wonderful. The golf cart was a life saver. We only had a few issues that either was handled quickly or out of anyone's control. The construction across the street made us evacuate for a couple hours due to them busting a gas line. But it looks close to being completed. It was a beautiful open concept home.

Family vacation

The property is beautiful and in a fantastic location. There is construction in the neighborhood which did not surprise us because it was noted on the listing. Our group included 6 adults and 13 children ranging in age from 1 to 15 years of age. The house provided enough room for all of us to eat together and just hang out. The kitchen has everything you need including some kids plates and cups. We reserved some beach chairs and an umbrella from a local service which wasn't necessary because there were more than enough for our group in the garage. The golf cart was an excellent resource to get everything and everyone to the beach with ease. It is a walkable distance but with the children, we used the cart most days. We beached most mornings and used the pool in the afternoon. There is a lifeguard on duty at the beach access closest to the property, which gave us peace of mind with all the little ones. The pool is 3 doors away from the house and very nice. We had to pry our kids out of it every day. We loved our stay. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of blankets to the closets for those cold natured guests staying with others who prefer the house on the cooler side.

Exceptional house and great location!

Beautiful home! Nice, new and clean. Beautifully furnished and has the best stocked and organized kitchen. Very convenient to pool and the beach. The owner Susan was accommodating and the property manager MJ was helpful as well. We truly enjoyed our stay at The Saltwater Inn!
