House was great. Just as described and clean. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Area was very quiet with nice areas for walks and green area for kids to play. Golf cart is recommended to get to different areas around town. I would suggest a plug in outside to charge carts. There was one but I could not get it to work and not sure if it was for our property or not. Overall it was great house and would definitely stay here again. The tv set up in living room was nice with surround sound but might be a little complicated for some. Very convenient to grocery store. We love camp water color and the beach club.

Nice house. Loved the neighborhood. Space was nice. Loved the porch. Appreciated the timely check in. Had plenty of laundry soap and toilet paper and bath towels. Minor suggestions and little extras to help improve stay at the price
.more than one roll of paper towels would have been nice, more dish towels, taller kitchen trashcan. Beach chairs. Did like the beach toys we eventually found. Kids enjoyed. Some places give you some coffee pods. Property was nice. Really enjoyed our stay. Look forward to returning to watercolor in the future. Loved the convenience to the pool across the street.

1000% would recommend this house! It was very clean, tons of space, and beds were comfortable. It was a great location being close to the grocery store and within walking distance to camp watercolor. The community pool was right across the street which we enjoyed using in the evenings and it was never crowded. The free trolley rides throughout the community were an added bonus! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and it was an easy check in and check out process. We are already looking at staying here next year!

Incredible location!

Great access to Watercolor and a wonderful neighborhood with the dragonfly pool. We loved renting bikes and traveling throughout watercolor and seaside. We hope to stay here again in the coming years!

Wonderful Week

This property was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The property management firm was excellent. Great communication and responsiveness. We had a small issue with the AC and they were right on it. We loved the location but it should be noted that it is pretty far from the beach. I knew that going in so we rented a golf cart and bikes. We rode everywhere on the bikes.The neighborhood is really lovely and quiet. A few suggestions (not complaints) for the home. Adding a few games/books/cards, a few basic cleaning products and maybe a small bag of toys. A few notes about Watercolor, in general...The property is absolutely lovely and they have done a great job keeping the naturalness of the area. There are lots of green spaces, fields and so many pools, you'll never be far from one. The one across the street is great but our favorite was the Boathouse pool. We were not sure how far you could go with the golf cart but you are allowed to go quite a ways so we never needed a car. Seaside is down the road and a great spot for shopping and eating - quite lively and fun. You do have to pay to park the golf cart when you are down by they main pool/beach during the day. Also, you do have to rent the beach chairs on the beach. I guess you can reserve online but we never had a problem doing it when we walked up to the beach. Note - they are 70/chair plus tip. I mention this because we had no idea and there aren't any signs about that as you go down to the beach.

Relaxing family fun at Watercolor

We have stayed on 30A a dozen times and 5 of them in Watercolor. This home has been our favorite so far. The property manager responded right away to any inquiries , there were ample soft blankets in every room ,the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and all the amenities were top notch. The couches and beds were so comfy. Plenty of space for our family. There were beach towels and plenty of linens. The sheets were buttery soft and the neighborhood was quiet. The best part were the amenities passes and the pools, and the dragonfly pool being across the street was so great. We rented a Water color approved golf cart and would do that again. Loved the central location of this home. We had older kids so it was not an issue that it was not super closet to camp or the beach. We would stay here again ! hands down Watercolor. Great house in perfect location

House was exactly as listed, plenty of space for the family to relax, we loved the front porch! Was well located in quiet safe neighbourhood, around the corner from the soccer field and the dragonfly pool! We hired bikes which made it easy to get to camp watercolour and the beach. Highly recommend!

Great, clean house with lots of space

We had a great stay! The house easily would sleep 8, including a queen suite that is separate downstairs for extended family or grandparents. We found the unit to be very clean and well appointed. The location right across from the dragonfly pool was fantastic. We rented a golf cart (highly recommend!) and enjoyed zipping around to all the things Watercolor and Seaside have to offer. We sat on the screened porch daily and enjoyed watching the wildlife. Great grassy field one house down for playing ball, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

SB with teens

Property was beautiful and spacious. Great place to stay with teens on SB. We did not have a car or golf cart - teens didn’t want bikes so walks to beach and Seaside were a bit further than anticipated. Very much doable on bikes. Watercolors shuttle was not in operation during our stay (not even something that they discuss on the safety video) and no fault to the owners. Just wish Watercolor would have made that more clear.

Beautiful house, but a little far from Seaside and Watercolor Town Center

The house itself was lovely. We were supposed to have a different house, but we were asked a week before to switch because of water damage at the original house. We loved the actual house, but it wasn’t centrally located. We would stay closer to 30A and the town center next time. Otherwise, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive.

Summer IS Sweet!

We stayed for a quick two family trip. House is well appointed. Had to get a golf cart bc it’s a bit of a hike to the beach and beach club
 We knew this when we booked. We also rented bikes but never used bc the kids (ages 11&12) loved the golf cart. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch. There is a pool close by and the area was calm & quiet. I’d stay again!

Great Place!

Very Clean and cozy house. We really like the light colored furniture, rugs etc. Good location with access to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Just a thought but it would be a nice touch if they offered little shampoo conditioners etc for guest and at least a couple of bikes like many of the other rentals do.
