Beach Christmas

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home!! The house is amazing and very comfortable. We had 17 family members and had plenty of sleeping space and showers. The beach view is mesmerizing every morning and on sunset. We plan to use this house in the future. Love the area also. Great restaurants and shops.

Phenomenal house and location

We really enjoyed our time here. The accommodations and amenities were top notch, luxurious, and you just simply cannot beat the view. The very minor and typical things that we needed to be addressed upon arrival were quickly and professionally handled by the staff and management. This is a yearly trip for us and this house is absolutely at the top of our list for next year.

Fabulous home and great property manager

We enjoyed our week at Santa Rosa! Reflections was an absolute dream house. The pool was the perfect size and we were so pleased with the ocean chairs and umbrellas set up each day for us. Bryan with the management company was very attentive and so helpful while we were there. Definitely would love to go back in the future!

Amazing and refreshing

This was the perfect property! We loved every single thing about it. There were plenty of rooms for everyone, we all had enough space to stretch out and enjoy ourselves. The private beach that comes with the property is incredible. We all enjoyed our stay so much, that we have agreed we want to come back and stay here again. Top tier property!

Fantastic beach house!

Beautiful house with room for everyone! We had a large family gathering and everyone was very comfortable with plenty of space and bathrooms. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. You’ll never run out of ice either…ice makers galore. Beautiful views from all the bedrooms! Hands down we all want to stay in this house again!

Reflections home right on the most beautiful white sand Santa Rosa beach! All the amenities to make our vacation effortless and fantastical! Family time

Property and house are beautiful. Set up is good for families with children. Plenty of space for everyone. Two issues-the walkway to the beach is wobbly towards the bottom-we felt it may collapse . Secondly we didn't realize the number of steps to get to top master bedroom. As seniors would have loved access to the elevator. This should be mentioned in the description because it was difficult for us.Otherwise, we truly enjoyed the home and the location

Family vacation

The house is beautiful and the location great. We had a family of 14 ranging in age from 73 to 4. The only downside is that the house is “tired/worn” and needs a really good cleaning. The white furniture was filthy and we covered it with sheets so we didn’t Have to sit on it. There are plenty of pool/beach toys. Plenty of refrigerator/freezer storage and 3 separate ice machines. If anyone has mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs going down to the beach.

Florida family vacation

We loved the location, pool, view and the floor plan. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the living/dining and kitchen furniture as well as the grease and mold on the cooktop grill. The main floor bedroom bathroom sinks were slow draining and clogged with filth. The ceilings fans were coated with grime and dust and the barbecue grill was not clean. The home itself is very nice, but needs a lot of deep cleaning and repairs. Items that we could have used more of were garbage bags, hair and body products, plastic storage containers with lids, ziplock bags, tinfoil, disposable dishcloths, disinfectant wipes, salt, pepper, cooking spray. In all the other rental/vacation homes we’ve stayed in these items were all included.
