Welcome to SeaGrove Sanctuary; a beautifully decorated, luxurious and serene beach escape. SeaGrove Sanctuary is a spacious 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bath multistory home.
From the moment you arrive, you’re enveloped in subtle beauty. The landscaping is lush and true to the native environment. A pathway leads to an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Enjoy the breeze under the oaks, and watch life go by on 30A.
Inside the house, an sunny entry way invites you in and leads to the single car garage access, with an extra refrigerator for those beach drinks and snacks. This is where you will find the complimentary six seater golf cart as well, perfect for hauling all the beach essentials.
The first floor has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an en-suite bath.
There is also a fun bunk room with 4 twin bunk beds (4 beds) and an additional extra long twin bed. This room is equipped with a TV and a selection of board games to enjoy after a fun day at the beach. There is a bath attached to the bunk room.
Heading upstairs, take in the lovely views through the sets of doors leading out to the balcony. The living and dining areas are open to the kitchen, so that everyone can be included in the fun. The space is furnished in modern, upscale style and offers plenty of room for relaxing. The kitchen is open and well equipped with top of the line appliances and special touches like a Soda Stream. There is also a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. A half bath can also be found on the second level. The second level wraps up with a lovely master suite. The suite has a king bed and a seating area with a comfortable couch and a smart TV. The room is an en suite with a shower/tub combination.
The third floor is a great space to prepare a drink in the wet bar area and head out to the balcony to enjoy the sparkling Gulf views from the balcony. If you must work while on vacation, the third floor offers a desk space. There is also a beautiful second master suite with a king bed, smart TV, and attached bath with a soaking tub and separate shower.
The neighborhood features a wonderful, multilevel community pool, grilling area, and sun deck. The small, exclusive neighborhood is gated for privacy and offers access to a state forest. Take a cruise on the provided golf cart to explore this lovely area, or jump on one of the provided bikes (4 adult bikes), and take a ride to explore some of the great areas on 30A. There is also a charger provided for your EV!
*There are ONLY 2 parking spaces available.* The owners of the home have taken great care in selecting finishes and furnishings that are modern, luxurious, and welcoming. SeaGrove Sanctuary is truly an amazing escape from reality!

*please note, there are 3 public beach access points within 5 minutes of the house. There is not a private beach access.

This property is so beautiful!! So much room. We loved how every room had its own full bathroom. The golf cart that is included was blast to just cruise on up and down the strip and was very useful to get to the beach with. When I had a question Alice always contacted me back in 5 minutes or less. We only had one small problem, the 3rd floor air was not working but they had someone there in 15-20 minutes and it was fixed. We loved that Santa Rosa was not crazy busy and it was a short car ride to Destin where we also spent some time. We were having such a great time we stayed and extra night. Loved loved loved this house/location and we are already talking about our next trip!

Home was clean and equipped well. Location was good to the beach, pool and dining options. Property management was very responsive when we needed them. I would like to mention that you can only park 2 vehicles at the property so make other arrangements in advance if that will affect you.

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved our stay at this home. It was in a great, central location close enough to Seaside and the other "key" areas popular for restaurants and shopping. The house accommodated 2 families very well, and the rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. The golf cart was awesome, too. It is about a 5-7 min walk to the nearest public beach (and you can't park a golf cart there) so be prepared for that. The management company for the house was excellent - very responsive and supportive. We liked that the house was in a gated neighborhood with a beautiful pool SUPER close - great for kids to burn off energy! This was a great experience for us and we'd do it again!

A group of 8 of us girls stayed here and we had the best stay! Alice was wonderful, and so accommodating. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was decorated beautifully. The golf cart was also a nice bonus. Beach access was easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay here!

Fun spring break!

We had a great week in Seagrove at this property! The house fit our two families of four comfortably - we appreciated having 2 masters and the kids loved the bunk room. We liked the location - quiet neighborhood, great pool area and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The golf cart was fun to check out the area! Easy check in and out and the property manager was quick to reply to any questions. Only minor things that would have made our stay even better would be a heated pool and closer beach access (but we knew these things going in). Thanks for a great week!

Summer Vacation

The house is in a prime location with convenient access to the beach, and great shopping. The neighborhood is gated and the pool was top notch. Overall, I would highly recommend this house. The golf cart was perfect but, if you are traveling in two vehicles the logistics are moving vehicles to get the golf cart in and out of the garage can be an inconvenience because the golf cart has to stay in the garage and there is no parking on the street.

We had a wonderful time Primary issue was that the floors were not clean. We brought our own vac / floor mop combination and scrubbed the main floor and stairs when we arrived. They had not been cleaned that morning nor in the recent past based on the dust bunnies etc… Bathrooms etc were clean

Memorable Vacation

This was a wonderful experience for the entire family. First, the property is spacious with many options for sleeping. We had three adults and three teens in our party, and everyone loved their room choices. The home is beautifully appointed - I felt like I was at a high-end resort. The community pool was literally steps from the house. Access to the beach meant a drive, but this was no problem at all. We rented a golf cart. We also negotiated with the owners to rent three beach bikes which offered nice opportunity to navigate the territory. Seaside shopping area was outstanding with many great restaurants and shops. There were also other fantastic restaurants within a short distance. There are lots of options if you like nature, there are places to see and visit easily, and likewise if you prefer the shops, there are lots to explore within walking or golf cart access. Our three teen girls want to go back. We had a 14 hour drive each way - I think we would probably fly next time. Alice is great - she was so accommodating before and during out stay. I think I bothered who way out of line with questions, but she didn't mind and got back to me right away. I am not what you would call a beach person, but the teens really enjoyed the beach areas. I highly recommend this property if you want to feel you are in the lap of luxury.

Great vacation

Absolutely love this vacation spot! The house was beautiful , clean , and very spacious . The property manager was amazing! Always quick to respond ! So much to do , and you can bike or ride your golf cart everywhere ! If I had to say anything negative, it would only be that I wish the public beach access was closer , or at least had golf cart parking. We will definitely come back here!

Perfect home for large family vacation.

For a real retreat vacation in a stunning home with tons of room.....this is the house! The layout is very well done with plenty of room for all guests. The bedrooms are laid out really well each with a full bathroom. The two masters are a huge plus when you have more than one couple or two families together. The pool is stunning we used it everyday even after spending the day at the beach. Note the house isn't as close to beach access as it looks in the pictures on the web. The best public beach and easiest to walk to has one little hurdle you have to walk through the lake to get to the beach. Once you cross the lake it is the best place on the beach especially if you have young children. Having access to one garage especially for beach items really helped keep house clean. My favorite spot in the house is the master on the top floor with its own bar and balcony. We hope to return to this vacation home in the future everything was seamless from the minute we made the reservation online to contacting the host during our stay to a few items left at the house mailed to us. This vaction home was a 10!!

Beautiful Home, Beach Access Misleading

This home, location and community is beautiful and in a great area. The issue we had is that it is very close to the beach (across the street), but you cannot access it there because it is all Private beaches, and the owners are very vocal about it. The public beach access is about a half mile down the street and it is very busy because it is a very small beach for a lot of homes. I loved the home, but didn't love the access. It was very disappointing.
