A modern above garage studio apartment, located just 1.5 blocks from beautiful South Walton beaches. Walk up the stairs to a private patio & entrance into a kitchen with full fridge, stovetop, & coffee station. Large living area with wall separating sleeping area with king size bed. Two Flat screen TVs with wifi, HBO, & Netflix are in each area. Couch in living area also a queen size sleeper. Full separate bath with large shower & vanity rounds out the space. Parking available for 2 cars if parked behind one another. Also provided is a heated outdoor shower for rinsing sand upon returning from the beaches.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from South Walton Beaches. A kitchen and a patio are available in the apartment.

Great Stay Minus Cleanliness

The property is really nice and so close to the beach! We loved how easy everything was and the amenities. However, I do really feel it could have been cleaner. It seemed there was some sand on the sheet, but also the sheets felt like they need to be replaced as they were picked. The bathroom mat in front of the shower had a stain on it that honestly looked like it could have been vomit. 😬 Only other thing I would say wasn’t a 5 star was the mattress. The bed is low and not the greatest mattress, you also have to be careful when you stand up so you don’t hit your head.

We love this place !

We have stayed here multiple times and every time I am excited to return ! Location is perfect walking distance to the most beautiful beach ! The space is clean, modern, and comfortable ! Preston always makes sure we had all we needed during our stay and answered all my questions about local recommendations ! We will be back !

Perfect location

The apartment was in a perfect location. Very walkable to the beach and to the small downtown. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Loved the traditional games in a unique style that were available. Would definitely go back.

Comfortable and Clean

Property is clean, comfortable, modern, and located a couple blocks away from beautiful quiet beach. One of our favorite breakfast spots, First Watch, was only minutes away, as was Walmart which came in handy for picking up beach items and knickknacks during our trip. There were hiccups with checking in, but Preston made amends and was very accommodating and pleasant to interact with.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time! The space was beautiful and clean. Just perfect for a couple! It rained our first day there and we were happy to just lounge about until the rain passed! We definitely would stay here again!

Awesome Bike Trail

It was a very short trip for us but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would suggest is getting a new set up silverware. There were only 2 tablespoons and no teaspoons at all. Very nice place. I would recommend it for a couple, it’s a great place.! We rode our bikes on the Timpoochee Trail which was phenomenal! We walked on the beach which was just at the end of the street. We ate at Stinky’s Fish Camp…….soooooooo good! It too, is at the bottom of the street. Fun area!
