Very nice property in cute little neighborhood. Very convenient to seaside, publix, & beach. Steep steps down from private beach access, but public access has ramp, and is easy bike/walk.
Neighborhood lovely quiet refuge on N side 30a, however, multiple crosswalks with low speed traffic makes for safe access to south side & beach/bike paths. Small, completely fenced yard, with seating area is great for children/dogs. 2 pools, w one heated to very pleasant temperature for fall/winter swim (bring robe-I forgot cool weather cover-up). Good mix age groups from fams w toddlers, teens, & dogs, to older couples alone. Very pleasant; wd use again.
NB: I wish id known 30A is pretty much cut in half; closed for bridge construction for quite a while - cannot pass (W to E), after old Florida fish house - must go via 98 to reach East side (Rosemary, Alys, Seacrest, Inlet)! Recommend bikes, & golf cart was handy - yes, can park at seaside, but REVIEW 30A RULES IF RENTING G CART WHEN ROAD RE-OPENS.
