What a fun stay and so conveniently located! There were four adults and five children staying in this well outfitted home. It rained most of the time we were there which is a real let down for a beach vacation, but the pool was our saving grace. The kids swam in the rain as long as there was no lightening. In fact, they hit the pool before we could even unload the car! The home included inflatables for the pool and chairs and sand toys for the beach. The golf cart was a real treat for us too. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The side screened in porch was a real favorite for us every meal and in the early mornings and late nights. Having a master upstairs and another downstairs allowed us old grandparents to retreat to our room when the grandchildren still wanted to be active. The bunk room was a real treat for them and was well done. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and dishes. The only thing we could not find was a cookie sheet and that was easily remedied with a casserole dish. There were plenty of towels and we had sample sized shampoo, body wash, conditioner. Each bathroom had plenty of towels. We appreciated the laundry machines which helped us return with clean clothes and prevented us from overpacking. The little swing in the front yard made for some cute candid photos. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this home in the future. The location, the neighborhood, the golf cart, the beach area, the home, it was all just absolutely perfect for us.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, minutes from everything but not right in the middle of all the hustle and the bustle. The house is extremely clean! The POOL is the icing on the cake! If you can't get in the water at the beach, no problem! We will definitely book this house again!

Great stay!

We fell in love with Santa Rosa Beach! The area is fantastic (although very busy) but the house is in a great location. Close enough to get to the action but just far enough away that it’s very quiet. Even with neighbors all around it felt secluded. The pool was fantastic and where we spent most of our days. The house had everything we needed and enough space for our crew! Would definitely recommend this house for others!

This house is amazing we loved everything about it. It was exactly as it said and more.It was very clean. Everything in its place like the dishes,utensils pots and pans everything had a home. Loved the microwave never have seen one installed in an island before and it was wonderful. It was quiet and slow to everything. We did have Golf Cart problems it was scary at first to drive you think the front wheel was going to come off. I call and emailed and text the company 844-979-Ryde they are responsible for the cart but they did not respond to my text or “never “ came out. That was disappointing and you sign the agreement it says that it is like a toaster or any appliances. They will fix it when they get to it so be careful when signing this because you are not guaranteed a golf cart and you do not get the one that showed in the picture because that’s what we were hoping for.And the HOA person came by and they are super nice. Talked with them for a while about the neighborhood.

Summer vacation

We spent a week at the beach with friends and enjoyed the house and location. It was quiet, the pool was wonderful and the screened in porch off the kitchen for dining was perfect! The beach was exactly 1/2 mile away so an easy walk for short golf cart ride. The only downside were the numerous cameras around the property, I'm sure they're for security but it would be nice for the owner to disclose locations and how they are monitored.

Great house and location

The property is fantastic! We loved the house. AC works great. House has plenty of room. Kids loved the bunk room! The master bedroom needs more shades, the sun wakes you up early due to lack of Bette blinds. But we absolutely loved the house and pool. Super nice backyard! Great family house for a vacation.

Your Comments This property was wonderful for our family of 5! We have stayed at many beach vacation homes over the years, and I can say this one was the cleanest I’ve ever seen. We all know how tricky sand can be to clean, but there wasn’t a grain of sand to be found upon our arrival. The quality of the home, the spacious pool and patio area, and the price was the perfect vacation trifecta. We also loved spending mornings and evenings lounging on the side screened porch. The patio glider chairs throughout the property were so relaxing. The house is tucked back a bit in a quiet, calm neighborhood. We look forward to renting this property again next year! The rental company was also wonderful to work with; very kind and responsive! Thank you!

Clean and cozy

We had a great stay at Gulfview Heights. It was immaculately clean, and I am very picky! It was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. The pool was perfect, and the backyard was beautifully landscaped. We had issues at check in with the door code not working, but the rental office was prompt to find a temporary solution, and a locksmith came out the next day. The only recommendation for improvement I could add would be to have pool/beach towels available (heavy to travel to bring your own), as well as some kitchen basics (salt, pepper, sugar). Otherwise, we had an amazing stay and will likely be back!

Nautical Dreaming…

We’re a family of 5, 3 children under 14, who’ve just had the most amazing week at Nautical Dreams. This house was the perfect set up and location for our family and there was nothing we would change. We had the pool heated as the weather was expected to be a little cooler some days, my boys loved coming home and using it after dark! The house had everything we needed and more. Big shout out to the property manager Chad - he went above and beyond before we arrived and during our stay, even delivering a portable ice machine when the fridge ice dispenser broke. We’re a British family and love a cup of tea :-) so Chad even managed to find us a kettle to use during our stay. It’s the little things that go a long way, so thank you Chad. Location wise, we were in a quiet neighbourhood but close to all amenities. We rented bikes, which at this time of year wasn’t too hot to cycle around the bike paths to neighbouring areas. Beach access was literally 10min walk or few mins cycle/car ride. 30a provided some of the nicest beaches we’ve ever been to. It was mostly red flag during our stay with the occasional amber, so the kids did get to have a dip. All towns along 30a were worth a visit but our favourite by far was Seaside with its shopping area and food trucks. What can I say, 5/5, we will absolutely be returning.

Great House

Our stay at Nautical Dreams was incredible. The location is great and very private for Santa Rosa. The back yard and pool area had plenty of space for a relaxing week. We had a little trouble when checking in, the code we were given did not work. It was after hours (around 6:00 PM on a Friday night) but we sent an email and were called shortly after. We were unpacked and in the house within 15 minutes. The beds were comfortable and the house very clean. The communication was outstanding and I will 100% stay here again.

Family Vacation

Couldn't be more satisfied. Just perfect, the location, the home its self and overall. Had a great time in Santa Rosa and can say the same thing for the house, we enjoyed the pool, dinner on the porch and movie nights. Beach access was a 3 minute drive, which was just as equally as beautiful as the house. Check in process was quick and easy. Can't stress it enough, it was like home away from home. 10/10

Perfect last minute getaway

My wife and I were looking for a great priced nice home close to the beach and this is the one. Very spacious, clean and great place to relax. It’s a 2 min car/golf cart ride to the beach. The pool was very nice. One thing to note is that there is a camera pointing at the pool which we didn’t realize 😅 It was our anniversary so we wore our bday suits (Sorry)! The only negative was the coffee machine was terrible for kcups. We just ended up going to Starbucks which was about 15 mins away. Not enough to knock the place down but maybe get a better coffee machine. Thanks again for a great property.

Loved our stay

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It felt smaller than I had expected (my fault, pics can be deceiving) but it fit our family perfectly. The pool was great fun for the kids. Loved relaxing in the screened in porch areas. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors out walking dogs and riding bikes. Perfect location! Close to a gorgeous beach, cute shops and fun restaurants if you want to head out. A few suggestions for the homeowner…get a new water heater or turn up it’s set point.. The water for showering and bathing never got hot enough to use the beautiful bathtub (huge bummer). Change the shower head in the master bath, and provide laundry baskets. Aside from those small things, it was 5 star house and location!

Truly a dream

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Close to beach, yet in a quiet neighborhood with parking for our 3 vehicles. The pool was a wonderful bonus we used every day and several evenings.
