The interior of the home was very clean and lots of extras which assisted with our stay. I especially appreciated Rachel- she was very accommodating by giving us access to home a little early to prepare for a large family dinner.The exterior of home needs a pressure wash. The pavers and paver planters need repaired. One of the wooden benches was broken. We were able to clean up the broken wood and at least make it presentable and safe. Furnishings were very nice. Backyard fire pit was nice however also had some broken stone. The grill and green egg are great for a cook out. The sofa cushions need cleaning. We couldn’t use them. Umbrellas were in great condition though. If the owner could do the repairs and clean exterior I could have rated a 5. Overall with our extra touches we created a beautiful outdoor space for a wonderful family dinner for a wedding. Bring your own beach chairs if going to beach. Area has beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants.
