We booked for a girls trip. Cute and roomy condo in a quiet area. The unit was stocked with what we needed for our long weekend and is located within a short drive to several restaurants and shopping areas.Overall our stay was nice, but there are a few things we would pass on to others when booking - Make sure you have the gate code before you get there. We were given the door code, but had trouble getting in the gate. If the wi-fi password was left for us, we couldnt find it. We had to call for that too. Those two things made for a bit of a frustrating start for us. There are no tents of any sort allowed at their beach. Our rental came with an umbrella, but that didnt provide much shade for the 4 of us. Since you have to take the boat back and forth (which we thought would be nice) it really was a bit inconvenient for cooling off.

Clean property and unit. Quiet and relaxing. Pools were not packed, perfect for adults relaxing or small kids to play. Fun, easy and quick boat ride to the beach with chairs ready for us. Great location, close enough to all the great spots on 30A. One small issue/question and property manager replied and addressed very quickly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cutest Property!

This is our second year staying on this property, but first in this specific condo unit. We had a great week! The unit is decorated so cute, and the bunk beds were a hit with my kids. We love the ease of staying on this property with it's proximity to the beach and access to pools. We will be returning next year!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is clean and cozy with lots of space. This was our first time staying and enjoyed how secluded it was and wasn’t crowded during fall break. The heated pool was a plus. The hours of operation for the boat transportation was limited from 9-5, with 12-1 break(hours change with the season) so couldn’t stay out late to watch the sunset but did have access to another way if needed. Access to pool/room bathroom would either planned around boat hours or walk down the beach to public access which was inconvenient. The boat transportation doesn’t allow carts so we had to carry everything so we had to leave some stuff behind cause it was too much to have to carry. The master bed was comfy, the full and bunk beds were not comfy and my kids complained about them. I wasn’t a fan of the wristbands that had to be worn all the time as I don’t want to have to keep up with them and making sure my kids didn’t lose their bands. Overall great and would stay again.

The home was beautifully appointed with high ceilings, large rooms, and everything you need for a family vacation!! The property had a resort style pool and we loved taking the water taxi to the private beach every day. The Blue Mountain Beach location is close to everything but still quaint. Best Family Beach

Beginning with the most beautiful, private location, the condo at Redfish Sanctuary is beautifully decorated in subtle coastal furnishings. Calming and serene. I loved the size of the condo as well. The rooms are arranged in such a novel manner that everyone enjoyed some privacy. My family was so impressed with the pool area at Redfish; tropical setting with small palms and rocky waterfalls. The heated pool was a plus in early May. The pontoon ride over to the most beautiful white-sand beach is FUN. Having the lounge chairs set up already made a beach a lightweight adventure! We made sandcastles with our grandson and floated in tidal pools that were the perfect size and depth. The Gulf water, of course, was ribboned in a selection of aqua, turquoise, and ocean blue. We enjoyed a homemade breakfast on the balcony and made several forays into local eateries. WE HAD THE PERFECT FAMILY VACATION! We bought a big yellow raft that we all floated around on in the pool. It was so colorful and made for extra fun in the pool. My grandson immediately fell head over heels for the bunk beds decorated in nautical colors! The decor caught his eye, and he quickly felt like a Pirate on a ship headed for adventure. It was fun watching him walk around the condo pointing out things to us, such as the wooden sea birds sitting on a table. He called the condo "Granny's Hotel," because I arranged this family vacation. We had beautiful sunny weather and a gentle breeze. WE LOVED IT!

Relaxing and beachy

I loved the beach decor throughout and we live the private beaches or redfish. The location is amazing and we loved visiting seaside a couple of miles down 30a. The pools and beach were not crowded at all. You can purchase ice in the property and they have a nice workout room as well. We would have like a few more dishwasher pods and any laundry pods but other than that the property was perfect for us.

Beautiful Property

This condo & the grounds were absolutely perfect! The interior was VERY well done with beautiful furnishings & outfitted with all the conveniences needed for your stay. The quality & comfort of the furniture was all top notch & high quality. The space was clean & every bundle of towels was tied up with a pretty piece of string - even the toilet paper & paper towels had that special touch. The pool area is wonderful & the heated pool - somewhat hard to find in a 30A rental - was amazing for our late October visit. The quiet, gated community was conveniently located but felt somewhat secluded - which is just what we were looking for. The boat taxi was still running & beach service was included with our stay - what an unexpected treat! This feels largely occupied by it's owners/residents - which makes for a quiet & well-kept area. I only wish that it was easier to contact someone during check-in as we arrived an hour early & couldn't contact anyone to see when we could enter. We happened to try the door code over the course of 10 minutes & finally it worked. If we visit 30A again, this will be our preferred stay!

Redfish Getaway

Blue Mountain Beach is the most beautiful beach .... especially the beach at Sanctuary at Redfish Lake. It's breathtaking when you get off the nostalgic pontoon ferry over to the beach. Stepping into the baby powder white sand and glancing up at the turquoise edge of the sea has to be the greatest reward after a long drive to Florida from Georgia. I felt a sense of reward, actually. It took me a few minutes to begin the walk toward the beach chairs already set up and waiting for someone special to RELAX. The wide white band of beach is stunningly white! And the color of the water is like a painting, bands of turquoise and aqua are clear to the bottom. I love it, and I loved the beautiful condo, all its charming beachy furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen, and quiet balcony. Redfish also my favorite pool area. The two pools and two hot tubs are landscaped with palms and rock waterfalls .... tranquil and quiet. There really are not enough descriptive words to adequately define the enthralling beauty of this place. I will say that the interior decorating of the condo itself was perfectly arranged with soft grayed and antique mirrors, which I loved. The QUALITY of every piece, the decidedly well thought out color combinations from floor rugs to pillow shams to lamps excited my eye!!! I am IMPRESSED by whoever originated the decorating ideas and then executed them. I will always want to return to "MORE."

We’ve been coming to Sanctuary @ RedFish since 2012. This is my favorite unit! We are return guests and hope to stay again. Moore Time is sooooo we’ll appointed with everything you need in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms. This condo is great!
