Welcome to Adagio B102, one of Your Friend at the Beach’s beautifully updated ground-floor condos, offering unbeatable access to the Gulf-front pool and private beach. New for 2026: all-new flooring throughout! The inviting living area features a plush leather sectional and two rocking/swivel chairs—perfect for rocking a baby, swiveling to take in views of the emerald waters, or settling in for a cozy family movie night on the Smart TV.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 10)
This four-bedroom plus bunk room condo is designed for families and groups to gather in comfort:
Primary Suite: King bed, private bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, double sinks, and a desk for remote work. Large walk-in closet (fits the provided Pack ’n Play).
Second Bedroom: King bed with private bath.
Third Bedroom: Two queen beds with adjoining hall bath.
Fourth Bedroom: Two queen beds with a connected bathroom (also opens to hallway).
BONUS Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids.
Each bedroom is outfitted with 100% cotton linens, Smart TVs, and bedside charging stations. Bathrooms feature plush cotton towels, shower soap, hand soap, and hair dryers.

Fully Stocked Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals—from quick breakfasts to seafood feasts—with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, crockpot, shrimp pot, microwave, stainless refrigerator/freezer, and a stand-alone ice maker. Step right outside your door to the community gas grills (grilling tools provided).
Gather around the large dining table with chairs and bench seating, or enjoy casual meals at the granite breakfast bar with stools.

Important Notes
HOA Rules: Maximum 10 guests (children under 2 not included). No pets, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers. No tents or canopies on the beach.
Age Requirement: Renter must be 25+ (no chaperoned groups).
Beach Chair Service: Available for an additional fee; personal chairs/umbrellas are limited. Booking early is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
