This is a older motel that shows it's age and is a no frills accommodation, but the price was right, so my star ratings are based on that quality level. The room generally was clean as was the bathroom and bed sheets, so no complaints there. I can deal with a some what run down room begging to be remodeled, as long as it's clean and the price reflects the condition.
Though it was conceniently located, we were only there for the night so we were not concerned about shopping. On the other hand the King bed was extremely comfortable, the towels generously sized, and it was very quiet. Just what we needed after driving all day.
Our room had 2 queen beds that seemed more like full beds and very firm but comfortable.
Locking microwave that takes some getting used to but works great. The 2 large tables in the room were nice to set things on. Also had 2 small armchairs and a desk chair so didnât have to sit on the beds all the time.
Unfortunately the motel is right next to a busy intersection so lotsa road noise. Also bring clips for the curtains that donât close completely cuz the parking lot is very well lit up. The step into the room is a doozy so be careful!
I requested a down stair room, very accommodating. Outside lighting and parking was very spacious and bright. My room was quite spacious, and exceedingly clean. I was very happy with my stay here. And if I return to Santa Rosa, I will not hesitate to stay here again. It was very convenient to Highway 101 and Highway 12 in farmers Lane, which is the area that I needed to be in. And check-in was a breeze.
My second time here. My new go to stay in Santa Rosa. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great prices and clean rooms. Everything you need for a comfy stay. Bed is nice and soft high quality towels. High shower heads and plenty of pressure and hot water. Fridge, microwave, bottle water, keurig coffee maker and replenish each day. Snacks too. Wi fi available as well. Thank you Redwood inn for meeting all my business travel needs.
