The place was cute and has nice aesthetic which deserves a star. The room has a booklet on instructions and recommendations for spas, food, and hiking locations. They also provided ear plugs most likely for the traffic noises. However, the low review was due to the room having a missing tv remote and broken glasses on the rug. My partner and I arrived at night and reached out to the help email since there is no workers on site. They got back pretty quickly saying they were gonna reach out to the cleaning crew to vacuum again and will get back to me the next day about the tv. We never got another email nor did anyone stopped by to vacuum. We had to walk around in our shoes/socks just in case. On top of that, the AC unit was making a loud rattling noise every now and then which would wake us up even with the provided ear plugs. Another guest also mentioned that their AC unit was humming loudly. The windows were unable to open no matter how much we tried.
