This individually furnished chic chalet is beautifully and quietly located on the edge of the urbanization Cap des Moro in the nature reserve of Cala Mondrago; in about 20 minutes you can walk to the S’Amarador beach, the neighboring bay to Cala Mondrago.

On the ground floor is the large open living room, generously equipped with sofas and a flat screen TV. The living room merges into the dining area. With its large dining table and comfortable chairs, it invites you to long evenings with good food, delicious wines and great conversations. You will also find a single and a double bedroom on the ground floor; in between a shower room. The kitchen, also on the ground floor, is well and generously equipped: f.e. large ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, small electrical appliances, etc. From the kitchen you can directly reach the terrace with the pool. A staircase leads from the living area to the upper floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and a double bedroom with a bathroom with tub for common use. You will also find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and its own terrace, from which you have a wonderful view to the sea.

The pool invites you to refresh and the garden grill provides the physical well-being. The house has an air conditioning system with a heat pump, which can cool the bedrooms in the summer and heat them in the winter months. The bedrooms in the lower part of the house, which are not equipped with air conditioning, can be cooled with fans in the summer months and heated with electric heaters in the winter months.

It is about 6km to Santanyí, a traditional Mallorcan town. There you will find everything for everyday needs. There are two large supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bars with live music, exhibitions, and much more. The popular weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In 10 minutes by car you reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera and in 20 minutes to the port of Porto Petro.

Paradis

La villa etait au dela de nos esperances et beaucoup plus moderne et spacieuse que nous le pensions. Elle est parfaitement agencée et nous pouvions profiter entre adultes tout en gardant les enfants des yeux. Le piscine est superbe. La villa est sur -équipee. Tout est a disposition, transat de plage parasols de plages, jeux dinterieur et de plages pour les enfants etc etc. Nous n'avons rien eu a acheter, il n'y avait qu'à emprunter. 3 salles de bains, 3 toilettes 3 balcons, autant dire que chacuns peut avour son espace. La localisation est parfaite, nous avons apprecié d'etre a proximité des plus belles criques et villes a visiter mais dans un havre de paix tres appreciable. Les reveils avec une marche dans le parc jusquaux falaises où nous avons eu la chance de voir les dauphins ou les soirées autour dun bon barbecue piscine en ayant le muxe de profiter de la piscine jusqua tres tard la nuit sans avoir à se soucier de deranger les voisins... tour etait parfait! A noter quil y a les serviettes de douches mais egalement une dizaine de serviettes de plages. Si j'avais 2 choses à corriger : petit bemol avec le joint de la paroie de douche du rez de chaussée, il serait judicieux de le remplacer car impossible de se doucher sans innonder la salle de bain; et la distance vers la boulangerie la plus proche. Il faut prendre la voiture pour chercher le pain frais le matin, dans le village. (Pour ceux qui prefere, un grille pain est a disposition pour toaster le pain de la veille ).

Zu Beginn funktionierte unsere Klimaanlage nicht. Eine Antwort erfolgte innerhalb weniger Stunden und nach einem Tag wurde das Problem gelöst. Super!

A Place to relax and enjoy the vacation

A good location, near a beautiful beach and nature reserve (20min Walk). In Front of the House you got cliffs to the ocean with a beautiful Look and again, nice scenery. The Neighbourhood seems friendly.

Poolpumpe kaputt, kein Ersatz in 14 Tagen möglich. Pool wurde dann nachgechlort. Check- in erst 1 Stunde später möglich als vereinbart. Sonst alles prima!
