Nice neighborhood and pretty home

This place is as beautiful as it seems in the posting! The home is large with plenty of space. There were so many outdoor spaces it was hard to even use them all. The landscaping is gorgeous and perfect for photo backdrops. Everything is beautiful. The house manager you deal with on the daily once you arrive is more than accommodating and both she and the house owner were so nice to communicate with before and after our stay. The beds were comfy. It was close to so many beautiful places to visit with cute towns and magnificent beaches. Downsides were that it doesn't have air conditioning and we were uncomfortable sleeping because we couldn't open the windows since there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings. Only the upstairs master bedroom has a mosquito net around the bed and none of the windows have screens like we are used to in America. The downstairs bedrooms stayed cool enough for our kids. The washer and dryer were very nice to have with a nice drying rack for clothes you didn't want in the dryer. I would recommend this home!

I would highly recommend this villa! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Cala Santanyi beach. Susanne the property manager was very responsive with her comms pre/mid/post stay for everything we needed for checkin and queries during our stay. It is a really well equipped property, with great kitchen supplies and fab to have the outside BBQ too. We will be back

Wonderful family vacation stay

We had an awesome time at this house. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Enjoy all the plants and trees and quietness. The house is gorgeous. We cook many delicious meal in the kitchen and enjoy the outdoor sitting. Location is very great walking distance to a small beach. Short drive to many other little coves. Short few minutes drive to any grocery stores . The host is very friendly and accommodating. our family members already looking forward to book again and return back

We had a wonderful time in this VRBO. The home was clean, well supplied, and a beautiful setting. It is in a community with no restaurants or groceries, which we didn’t understand when we booked. It was not really a huge problem since we used a taxi to get anywhere we needed to go. Unfortunately we didn’t get guidance from the property manager so we had to figure everything out from scratch. But we managed and had a great time.

Fabulous Finca

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood with a short distance to a fabulous family beach. The property provided plenty of space indoors and spacious gardens with covered over dining area with pool to enjoy some fun family times.

Gorgeous place and great location

My friends and I had a fabulous time. There was a bit of a check-in snafu, but Daniel quickly rectified the situation and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect, the rooms are super comfortable, and it was as a dream to lounge outside by the pool in the beautiful surrounding.

Loved the outdoor space and Santanyi beach

The outdoor space was great. Loved the pool, loungers and general vibe. Very true to the pictures. House was definitely hot as to be expected in July/August but we slept pretty well with the fans. Loved the proximity to Santanyi beach and Cala Lombards. Had dinner down at Santanyi every night. Could use a few more amenities - a few more towels, some seating on the gorgeous master bedroom deck but was definitely pleased overall. It was true to the listing.

A wonderful villa

A wonderful villa, close enough to walk to the beach, with everything one could need. The gardens are particularly attractive which makes the outside area a very peaceful place to relax. Booking & check in/out could not have been easier. Would highly recommend.

Lovely family time

Beautiful house and pool. Wonderful for relaxation. It was quite warm while we were there, so the upper floor bedroom would benefit from air conditioning! Otherwise perfect stay!!!

Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr schön. Die Küche war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht richtig, so dass wir überwiegend mit der Hand gespült haben.Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß, selbst im Haus waren es in der Nacht 26 Grad, vielleicht sollte in den Schlafräumen über den Einbau einer Klimaanlage nachgedacht werden.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Insbesondere der Pool- und Terrassenbereich sind traumhaft. Aber auch die Innenausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sorgt für ein herausragendes Ambiente. Ruhige Umgebung trotz Hochsaison. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Verwalterin. Sie stand bei Fragen jederzeit und umgehend zur Verfügung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit unseren Kindern und dem 7 Monate alten Enkelkind verbracht.Die Unterkunft ist echt toll, obwohl die ersten Tage und Nächte sehr heiß waren und wir uns fürs Baby ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gewünscht hätten.Wir haben uns dann noch einen extra Ventilator gekauft um es einigermaßen erträglich zu machen.Ein echter Nachteil ist auch dass der Strand nicht wirklich leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, aber wir hatten ja zwei Autos dabei.Ansonsten hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und haben trotz der kurzen Zeit ein paar schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Markttag in Santanyi und die Salinen in der Nähe sind echt sehenswert.Die Kinder haben sich einen Tag (ohne Baby ) die wunderschöne Gegend um Soler angesehen. Danke nochmal für den netten telefonischen Austausch mit Susanne, obwohl wir sie nicht persönlich kennenlernen durften.Wir hätten uns doch mehr persönliche Präsenz gewünscht, zumindest bei der Ankunft.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Finca sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche und anderen Bereichen war hervorrragend. Wenn wir eine Frage hatten, wurde uns rasch geholfen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben in Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbracht Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer vor dem Urlaub war sehr nett und hilfreich. Danke noch einmal dafür Herr Nussbaum. Herzliche Grüße gehen raus an Steffi, du hast dich liebevoll um den Pool gekümmert & danke für den kleinen Parktipp am Markttag. Ein letztes Dankeschön geht an Frau Reischert, die Verwalterin vor Ort. Der Check-in und Check-out war so wunderschön unkompliziert und bei Fragen waren Sie jederzeit und sofort erreichbar. In der Finca fehlt es an nichts. Wir hätten nicht einmal Badehandtücher mitbringen müssen. Eine so komplett ausgestattete Küche hatten wir wohl in noch keiner Ferienunterkunft und die Durchreiche zur Terrasse - perfekt. In allen 3 Schlafzimmern gibt es einen Ventilator. Bitte Mückenschutz nicht vergessen. Ach ja, kleiner Tipp: Alles an Lebensmitteln in den Kühlschrank packen. Angefangenes Brot/Baguette/Brötchen etc. am besten in Allzweckbeutel mit Zipper packen und Zwiebeln und Knoblauch am besten in eine der vorhandenen Aufbewahrungsboxen. Ja, das ist ernstgemeint. Wir meinen es nur gut. Ihr ärgert euch sonst, wenn die Miniameisen euer Essen aufgefuttert haben. Fahrt dort hin uns genießt eine wunschöne Zeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, werden weiterempfehlen und ganz sicher wiederkommen. Danke. 5 Die Vofi's

Traumhaus

Schon vor der Reise hatten wir das Gefühl herzlich willkommen zu sein. Der ablauf mit dem vom Gastgeber empfohlen Mietwagen war problemlos und unkomplizierte. Bei der Ankunft im Feriendomizil waren wir überwältigt. Diese Finca war sehr viel schöner als beschrieben. Mann hatte das Gefühl als Gast echt willkommen zu sein. Es waren sehr schöne erholsame Ferien und die Umgebung ist auch sehenswert. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.
