I took the polar transportation and then I have to work about 12 minutes it was very nice distance. One of the common areas with tables and chairs in the patio was only for people who celebrate like special event not for just anybody who gets to the premises.

Cienfuegos Hostel

This hostel is great. The staff are all super friendly, even the volunteers, and I really couldn't have managed without them, especially Claudia! The rooms were clean as were all the public rooms and areas. It's a great location, close to everywhere, with plenty of shops/mini markets nearby. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is... My room was above the front gate, which does not close quietly. So everytime someone came in or went out, it was a loud bang. Other than that, I can't complain. There is even car rental just down the road from the hostel...perfect! : )

I could not stay in

I went one day before check in, all information was right but when went the next day to check in the rep said that There was not towel and then I would have to sleep with 6 people instead of having a room with 2 beds. But the rep gave me access to wifi I could get another nice Hotel near by. Guest House Mery the I could not ask for more. (No private rooms available at the time I was there)

Bad stay

Very noisy hostal, closing the door of the rooms make a lot of noise. Shared bathroom was very dirty, including the toilets not always flushing water. The flour of the shower was not clean and renovated in a bad way. The matrass was not clean, so never come back

Excelente costo-beneficio

Excelente! Todos los de la recepción son maravillosos en su trato y atención. No sabia que en Chile los toma corriente eran tipo A, y Mateo, de recepción, me prestó uno de inmediato en lo que conseguía un adaptador. Tuve un problema porque la pagina desde donde reservé hizo un cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito, aún cuando yo pagué en efectivo, y me devolvieron mi dinero de una sin mayor problema. Los baños a veces pueden verse un poco sucios, pero eso es más por la falta de cuidado de los huéspedes. Por ejemplo, entré a un baño que estaba muy limpió, y al volver, menos de media hora después, ya era un desastre.

抵達時被告知飯店的房價被網站弄錯的問題,一下午在櫃檯前等候飯店與網站公司連繫,非常浪費時間也差點誤了換匯,還好飯店經理最後先開房間讓小嬰兒和小孩子能先休息,感謝旅館人員的同理心.

Os banheiros muito pequenos

Os quartos estavam bem limpos, eles nos deram roupas de camas limpas para colocarmos, mas não deram fronhas, acbei isto bem estranho, o banheiro para tomar banho era muito pequeno, não dava para se mexer dentro. Em compensação o hostel é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso para os principais pontos turísticos de santiago.

Cosas buenas cosas malas

Por culpa de expedia (segun recepcionista de la mañana) no figuraba nuestra reserva....y nos dieron habitacion pesima. El hostel esta bonito;lindo clima de huespedes. Los baños limpios;buen precio. La atencion de la recepcionista de la mañana fue pesima;cero interes;ni las sabanas nos dio. La de la tarde/noche un amor y atenta.
