Love the decor, in short the hotel looks like a 5-star hotel with a 0-star service. The service on the area of pool at 5 pm is horrible, I ordered a passion fruit Margarita it's either they didn't know how to make it or the passion fruit was spoiled, the server didn't know anything about the items on the menu. They gave me a dirty toilet with pee stains all over it from who knows when, dirty bathroom and I took pictures of it. The a valet guy that worked on the evening of Wednesday the 24th of September talked to me as if I was his helper or he was my boss. Humiliating. In conclusion, I feel like as the hotel had stick their hands into my pocket and stole my money. Thank you very Catalonia
