I've been here several times and i have always loved it and the treatment from every single staff member excellent. Until this last visit alot of the rug area looked stained and not very clean you can see some water damage on the walls on the 16th floor.and sunday morning we were heading out to go to the airport and i asked the only person there which was the manager at 6:52am & i asked if its possible i could get a cup of coffee to go and what bothered me was no him saying no it was him saying it in the tone that he said it as if i was asking for food before the kitchen was open if breakfast starts at 7am i would assume that at 6:52 am the coffee was done. He could of told me that it was not done but he say no because the breakfast starts at 7am no exceptions.

The hotel is located in a privileged neighborhood, good for shopping, good restaurants . The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and it is very clean. The food is delicious!!! I visit Santo Domingo 3-4 times a year and I stay in this hotel because of its convenience and and good price.
