Everything that i noticed was really well, and in my opinion nothing really went wrong, as the property was rather good. 3 star obviously, but did not detract from the overall experience.
The experience was not safe.Take too long to open the gate and you're a sitting duck the full quality was horrible and the menu was slim make a reservation online with 2 Queen size Beds up to 4 people. Then I was told i had 2 bedroom with standard beds for 2 people i had shown the receipt and the reception and owner insisted the computer showed I had pay less, ontop of that, we just when back and forth and sat in the lobby for an extra 3 hours. In the end i ended up paying 95 dollars extra a night in total 570$.
Property was very clean but the staff was horrible receptionist tryed to charge me for bringing a case of water in to the Property even though no water or fridge was provided and the ac didnt work
El hotel el servicio desde que uno entra es terrible no te ayudan para nada y la perona me indico que aparecia mi nombre pero que aun no estaba pagada le indique que la confirmacion yo la tenia pero no quizo verla espere
Staff organization is terrible ask for check out 3 times and a manager ask for money after I paid for bring pizza from outside and eat at facility with a visit and not make people welcome parking inside you need tell 3 times walk to front desk after you ask to open the gate owners very nice people but need change some front desk staff ,kitchen and maids very good service
I didn't like anything in this property. My family and i couldn't sleep because of the smells in the bathroom. The person in the receptionist was so stupid, he charged me double price for the room. He was so unprofessional, he needs to go to school to learn how to treat people. I will not come back to this nasty place. Do not waisted your money or your time on this place.
