Excellent, friendly & helpful service staff always ready to render any help. Unbeatable location next to the bus station and near to the Caldera & main square where many eateries are at. Very reliable house keeping daily. They do their best! Note: Do bring along a pair of rubber slippers for use in the washroom. This hotel would be my choice again.

Wonderful Stay

The staff was so dedicated and really took excellent care of us from having a comfortable room, the amenities we need, breakfast, transport services, the closest restaurant recommendations, and even laundry! Great stay near all amenities!

Decent hotel well located immediately in the heart of the city centre of Fira. The property is clean and the lady at the front desk (owner?) was very friendly.
