The toilet was disgusting underneath the seat The only number for contact responded and said that they’re not a member to be contacted for Hotel stay but for their residence in the apartments on the upper floors Check-in was a little confusing

Local excelente, próximo de restaurantes, conveniência e mercados. O prédio conta com portaria 24h presencial o que facilita tudo e os porteiros são extremamente educados e gentis… com certeza me hospedarei mais vezes lá quando for à São Paulo.

Falta de limpeza no quarto

Não havia instrumentos para realizar limpeza (balde, vassoura, pequeno aspirador de pó, pano para limpar chão). Quem fica mais quê três dias acaba ficando em um ambiente muito sujo. A limpeza do local também é bem ruim, pois a louça, panelas e banheiro estavam sujos. Além disso as panelas eram inapropriadas para fogão de indução. A geladeira estava repleta de gelo no congelador o que não permitia o fechamento da porta do congelador. Muito a melhorar para ter uma avaliação excelente.

Confortável mas a limpeza deixa a desejar

É confortável, de fácil acesso mas a limpeza deixou a desejar. Tinha lixo na lixeira da pia e embaixo da mesa. O vaso sanitário estava com aquele amarelado de que não passam uma escovinha há semanas. O resto estava arrumadinho, com os itens de banheiro. Mas a sensação foi de que alguém foi lá, arrumou a cama, repôs os itens de banheiro e trocou as toalhas. Limpeza mesmo não teve.
