Complete and spacious apartment with a very cozy bedroom, equipped living room, full kitchen and a nice balcony to relax and enjoy the view. The condominium is a chapter in itself, it has a wonderful swimming pool and a resort-style artificial beach, as well as a complete gym, skate park, gazebo, kids area, pet area, among other facilities. It's a great place to stay and enjoy the best of Brás and also enjoy the day in a complete club.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs. ATTENTION: to use the pool, biometrics registration is required and this is only carried out from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. If your check-in is outside these times, you will not be able to use the common areas. The pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance on Mondays. It is not permitted to receive visitors. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability. Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use the layette to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged. Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support. We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.
