Manutenção falha

O hotel está muito bem localizado, excelente estrutura, limpeza excelente, bom atendimento e bom preço. O café da manhã é bom e confortável. Infelizmente o box vazava agua pela porta que nao tinha vedaçao, alem da porta nao fechar totalmente. Ou seja, mesmo com uma toalha no chão, molhava o restante do piso do banheiro. Horrivel ter quue tomar banho segurando a porta. Outra coisa ruim é ter lixeira no banheiro sem tampa!!! Como.assim sem tampa??? Depois reclamam quando o hóspede usa o vaso sanitário como lixeira! Reparem isso e irão melhorar muito.

A vila onde o Hotel Marbor está instalado é linda

O hotel é muito bem cuidado, ótimas instalações, equipe muito gentil. O quarto família é grande: suíte espaçosa; salinha com cama, sofá e mesa c/ 4 cadeiras, mini-cozinha com pia, micro-ondas e ainda no fundo um lavabo. Tudo muito limpo, pintura nova, piso frio brilhando, acabamento muito bonito dos banheiros. Cada ambiente tem seu ar-condicionado que é excelente. Nossa família estava em 4 pessoas. O 1° banho da noite foi excelente, o 2° foi morno, o 3° esfriou e o 4° banho só foi possível após 40 minutos. Na parede do wc há um cartaz pouco explicativo sobre o sistema boiler de aquecimento da água. Ligamos muito decepcionados para a recepção que explicou: o boiler somente comporta 100 litros para aquecer a água a cada vez; é necessário aguardar a cada uso pelo menos 20 minutos entre um banho e outro. Sugerimos, obviamente, que deveríamos ter sido orientados sobre isso na entrada e que fosse criado um folder explicativo para evitar esses constrangimentos. Sabemos que outros sistemas de boiler podem comportar até 400 litros de água quente; para um quarto família, deveria ser. Sentimos muita falta de uma toalha de rosto e toalha de piso que não foram oferecidas; o quarto não tinha nenhum copo disponível, poderiam colocar uns copinhos plásticos de cortesia. O estacionamento custa 27 reais/dia. O café da manhã é bom, dentro das expectativas: ótima máquina de café, uma rabanada muito gostosa, etc. Voltaremos ao hotel outras vezes sim, agora, sem pressa entre um banho e outro.
