My card was scammed 30 minutes after I checked in

My card was scam 30 minutes after I checked in and I did not use my card anywhere in São Paulo except to pay for the hotel room. I am convinced my car was photographed or copied. 30 mins after checking in I had 2 fraudulent charges totally over $1000 USD. The hotel is not clean and needs renovation and the pillows are plastic.

Decepcionante, barulhento e sujo.

O carro não pode ir até a frente do hotel, tem que descer numa rua lateral e andar uns 200m, tem um bar ao lado do hotel e o barulho é gigante até umas 22h, a janela do banheiro não fecha, fazendo com que o barulho entre todo no quarto, tinham duas baratas no quarto (uma no banheiro e outra no quarto), o hotel não tem elevador, café da manhã tem pouca opção e não é gostoso.

A infra estrura é muito antiga e limitada. A localização é crítica para quem chega tarde. O valor da hospedagem no hotel é 97,00 aqui 120,00. Os quartos são bem limitados.

Não volto jamais

É um hotel simples, me senti numa casa mal assombrada, janelas antigas que não fecham o trinco, em cima de um bar com pessoas gritando e falando alto, muito barulho na rua, lugar perigoso. O banheiro é claustrofóbico, não consegui tomar banho, a água do chuveiro era muito fininha e espalhada, não concentrava, o tapete era um pedaço de toalha velha rasgada, a tomar tava solta com os fios pendurados, o abajur não funcionava, tendo que levantar da cama e desligar a luz do outro lado da parede, dormi muito mal porque os barulhos começá-la logo cedo, o café da manhã não tem garrafa de café à vontade, eles dão um pequeno bule pra você, não tinha quase nada de opções, nem pão de queijo, que é uma coisa que faço questão! O ovo mexido estava pastoso, me deu nojo, a salsicha era de péssima qualidade e um molho ralo pura água. São muitas escadas pra subir, enfim não volto mais principalmente por causa do banheiro. Pedi o estorno do valor da minha segunda diária porque não ficaria mais lá, o gerente foi bem grosso comigo no telefone e quis iniciar uma discussão e insinuou que eu estava mentido sobre o fato que o site intermediador não possuía um número de contato para cancelamento. E também me cobrou taxa de 15% pelo cancelamento. Cobertores finos. Me senti muito mal no local.

Excelente localização, dá para ir a muitos locais a pé, metrô praticamente ao lado do hotel. A limpeza (que em minha opinião é ponto chave) foi excelente, todos os dias o quarto era limpado e as toalhas trocadas.

Ótima estadidia, recomendado!

Estadia ótima! É um predio antigo, rústico por conta da época, sendo que foi inaugurado a mais de 60 anos. Piso de madeira, com conservação boa. Os funcionários são bem receptivos, acolhedores e super dinâmicos.
