Ao chegar fomos direcionados para um quarto que não havia sido limpo, depois conseguimos um quarto limpo porém os colchões são plastificados não permitindo um sono tranquilo, travesseiro com uma espessura diminuta dificultando o descanso merecido, limpeza e organização estava tudo perfeito
