Uma casa muito agradável, colada na praia

Foi uma semana excelente que passei com a família. A casa é aconcehgante, tem um bom espaço e muito verde ao redor, com um gramado bem cuidado e arvores que proporcionam um boa sombra. A casa é muito perto (mesmo!!) da praia de Paúba, que estava muito boa por sinal. Mais um cantinho de paraíso no litoral norte de São Paulo. Se por acaso precisar da internet pra trabalho, funciona bem e tem uma smartv. A Sra Luce é muito prestativa e nos recebeu muito bem. Nos sentimos em casa, atendeu muito bem nossas necessidades e expectativas, pretendemos voltar.

Dias deliciosos

O imóvel e antigo mas muito bem cuidado, tem uma varanda deliciosa com deck, rede e duchas onde passamos a maior parte do tempo. O jardim da casa e lindo e possui várias árvores. A Luce e muito atenciosa e disponível, mas quase não precisamos da ajuda dela pois estava tudo ótimo. A casa fica na rua da praia e a poucos passos da areia... excelente localização. Só recomendo que tragam repelente, pois pernilongos e borrachudos atacam pela manha e no final da tarde.

Casa com localização excelente, acomodação maravilhosa, limpeza excepcional!!! Luce anfitriã muito atenciosa, prestativa nos mínimos detalhes!!! Só tenho a agradecer! Passei belos dias com minha família, sem contar que a praia é fenomenal, as crianças amaram!! Não tenho nada a dizer que desabone a propriedade, apenas recomendo com 5 estrelas tudo!!! Casa espaçosa, cozinha completa, em terreno amplo cheio de árvores e plantas. Muito próxima à praia (menos de 2min a pé). Fica bem próxima dos mercadinhos também. Excelente estadia e custo benefício!

Ótima casa, espaçosa, muito próxima à praia em excelente localização. Infelizmente não foi possível utilizar a banheira de hidromassagem conforme mostrado nas fotos. Alguns itens da casa precisam ser substituídos devido ao longo tempo de uso mas nada que atrapalhe na estadia. Um ótimo custo benefício para o período do carnaval.

Aconchegante

A casa é muito boa e a Luce é muito atenciosa. Fica praticamente na beira da praia, em um terreno muito bonito, cheio de árvores. A praia de Paúba é deliciosa também. Recomendo muito!!
