ここ数ヶ月何度か仕事の都合で連泊したが、いつ来ても驚くほど毎日の朝食メニューが同じでげんなりする。野球観戦か何かで一泊だけのお客さんを想定しているのだろうか。お部屋は新しくて綺麗で特に不満はないが、運営は普通のホテルのようにかっちりしていないし目指してもいないように感じた。

余りにも合理的？運営経費を節約してるのか 使えもしないサウナをフルタイムで使用出来るかの施設の案内。使えないサウナの画像アップ誤解する。 ユーチューブを見ようとWi-Fiのセットアップは毎回やらなければならない非常に不便で客の目線に全く立っていない。エスコンホテルの名前を使ってるのに日ハムのＣＳ.BSが見れない！何だそれ！っう感じで非常に残念。二度と泊まりたく無いホテルです。

3人て宿泊しました。 ツインにソファーベットがプラスされる事は承知していますが、どこのホテルも３ベッド用意されていました。が、こちらはソファーベットは自分でセッティングする形。部屋の状況から見るとスペースがないのでいたしかたないのですが、チェックインと時にその旨の説明がなかったので、部屋に入り予約間違いだったのでは？とヒヤリとしました。またその時はソファーベット用の寝具一式も無かったのでフロントに確認したかったのに内線が無いためそのフロントへ行き確認しました。フロントとの連絡が取りづらい面はサービスに欠けると思いました
