Great stay

Amazing hotel! Since it is new everything was beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are a great size too. The hotel even has washers and dryers so you can do laundry. The hotel room tv has a channel for so you can see if the washers and dryers are being used (super helpful). Would stay again!

When hotels skip daily cleaning in the name of being ā€œenvironmentally friendly,ā€ it only feels genuine if the rest of their practices actually support sustainability. There was a lot of unnecessary plastic packaging, low quality amenities, and nothing reusable in sight. It felt more like a cost-cutting measure than a true eco-conscious effort. If youā€™re going to promote sustainability, it should be consistent across the entire guest experience, not just with the towel policy. The lighting in the room was awful (very dim and poorly placed), and the amenities were very limited and low in quality. It didnā€™t feel like much thought had gone into them. It was fine for a quick stay, but we wouldnā€™t choose to stay here again.

Brand new building and very helpful and friendly staff. The public bath / onsen is really nice and relaxing. Lounge and bar area are also nice. Gym is available and has a good selection of equipment to get a good workout in. The location is perfect, close to sapporo station and various restaurants/mall. Totally recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future.
