Overall clean property, nice parking garage, nice view from the spa. I was looking forward to the onsen. However there were so many Chinese guests that were very loud and not following Japanese tradition and onsen guidelines (coming into the changing area dripping wet, bringing big towels to the bath, yelling, etc). It was NOT relaxing at all and we didn't even go back to the bath the following day. Sad, but we will not return if the guests are allowed to destroy the peaceful environment. Thank you.

The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the East exit of Sapporo station. It's pretty much just a straight walk with some crossings. Be sure to include the correct number of guests when booking. I mistakenly booked my room for one person instead of two on Expedia. So when I checked in for the hotel, I asked to add a person. However, the hotel policy is to add a surcharge. Room is kinda small but clean and nice for a city. The Onsen is really big and can fit a lot of people. Of the onsen I've been to in Hokkaidō it was the largest with nice facilities. Hotel breakfast is worth getting and there's a wide arrangement of local Japanese cuisine and other western options like eggs and pancakes. If I stay in Sapporo, I'd come back!

Love the view.

Beautiful view of Sapporo from the floor to ceiling window wall in our room. Comfortable couch by the window perfect for enjoying the scenery. Beds were Western height and comfortable. Room is only cleaned every other day but they left fresh towels in a bag on our door handle. Only a short and level walk from the north exit of the train station. There is a small 7-11 actually inside the lobby for snack emergencies. Superior hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. location is good, if walk slowly, it’s about 10mins walk from the station. Onsen is good, its not crowded after 11pm. If the lighting in room’s toilet is brighter, it will be perfect.

Nice clean fresh hotel. Close to the train station and car rental place, which was the biggest reason we picked it. The rooms are nice too! The restaurant was too busy the first day of our stay . Long wait to get into the breakfast buffet was one of the downsides. The other one, was an extremely busy onsen at night. Not too much variety for breakfast either. But it was ok. Other than that I would stay here again. And just use the bathroom instead of onsen next time.
