Housekeeping didn’t even show up once in the three days we stayed there. The first night a hood light fell down, when I went to call the front desk the phone doesn’t work… nor did it get fixed after reporting this issue multiple times. I called the front desk on my cellphone. We had to go get a garbage bag from the front desk… as it was never emptied & same for getting a clean towel. Good location but apparently short staffed and neglected!

The girl at front desk could not find my reservation. After a long time they found it and it was a handicap room which I would not ask for. I asked why I was given a handicap room the girl said it was what was reserved. I wThe room had a leaking toilet and a heater that never shut off even set at 65. The next day the man at front desk got us a different room.

The room was very clean & comfortable. I have to say the gentleman that checked us in was so polite & courteous. The gentleman I was traveling with was 85 years old and has Parkinsons. When he told me the room was on the second floor and there was no elevator, I winced. When I explained why he quickly changed us to room 101 & it was perfect.I wished I had gotten his name. He was so professional and friendly. Thank you!!

Room clean and comfortable. Nice shower but small. Hallway rug torn in spots. Breakfast doesn't offer a lot. Waffles (only 1 maker so there's a line), an entree like sausage gravy, or eggs and sausage, yogurt, fruit. oatmeal and cold cereal. Pool was cold, ceiling has plaster falling down. Doors are secured with room key but NO Elevator to 2nd floor. Staff friendly. Easy check in.
