The only thing we didn’t like was the room was way too small. For the money we paid we should have had a table and chairs with at least a living room chair. Also a closet with dresser. Very uncomfortable.

The owner's have built a very lovely set of villas in a great location that was a pleasure to stay in. A very well furnished and finished 2 bed villa. It was so nice to stay in with lots of space and lots of additional extras like a cooler bag and folding beach chairs. Very convenient for walking to the stunning beach and the lively Siesta Key main street.

We had a very nice time at the Beach side Villas. We booked a room with a kitchenette, and it was very clean and fresh. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and there's were just enough dishes so we could prepare our own breakfast. I was also able to briefly see the inside of the large multi-bedroom suite some family has booked, which was also very nicely updated and clean. Although we didn't end up using them, they have beach cruiser bikes that would have been convenient. The Tiki area was a nice place to relax and have evening snacks, even that area felt updated and well maintained. Check in and out were quick and easy, the people were pleasant and professional. I would definitely stay again, as well as recommend this location to family and friends

The property includes a cooler and beach choirs which is helpful. You can borrow bikes or a beach wagon as well. We had a cold shower the first day because the temperature gauge was backwards (hot was cold and cold was hot. They are understaffed so if you want to have your room cleaned, you need to request it. Nice and close to the beach and the sunset was so beautiful every night.

The staff were kind and the amenities were amazing! They offer free beach chairs, coolers, wagons, and bicycles. Literally a 1 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are also walkable. And their signature room scent is sooo yummy. Only critique is I was there was a better way to store luggage, our 4 person room got a little snug.

Close to the beach. Very nice room. Great shower. Small but good pool. Quiet. Did not like the connecting room I was in. You could hear the neighbors in the other room very loudly.
