My only complaint is tgat we booked a two bedroom suite with sofa bed andcwhen we got there all tgey had for us the first night was a little 1 room with a bed. We had to book another room at a hotel for the rest of the party for the 1st night and they offered a 2 bed room for the second night. They said they would credit us for the mix up . I reached out again through here and the responded they would take care of it but still have not. Now they wont respond at all. Its a great location but they will screw ip your reservation and then screw you over. Steven Brode

I can’t believe you charged me over 2000k for 5 nights in this place. I to ask for cleaning service after they didn’t clean the room the first night. I had to walk to the office on 3 of the days to get beach towels. No full length mirror or dresser mirror to get ready to go out. The mattress was the worst one I have slept on in my life, I think it was a box spring. The bed was only made once in 5 nights. The only plus was the location but there was trash scattered all over the front of the property. So not worth that money or even half of what I paid.

We had a great stay overall! The location is perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit — truly made us feel welcome. The amenities like beach chairs and towels were a great bonus. However, we did notice that the room wasn’t as clean as expected upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the hospitality of the team really stood out and made a difference. Thank you for the warm service!

Had a great stay. Near downtown with tons of restaurants close by. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was it's a little bit of a walk to the beach, but not to bad. I would definitely stay again.

Our visit started off on the wrong foot when I received a text to check in and the room type was not what I booked. We booked a 1 King studio and we were given a 1 Queen suite. I immediately called and they explained that they did not have our reserved room type available but the Queen room was bigger and also had a sofa bed. I was skeptical, but it turned out great. The room was really nice and in a prime location. The staff were all super friendly. The pool and hot tub were great. The hotel is walkable to the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping. We were there for a quick girls trip and it was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!

Our room had missing parts like handles in the kitchen and the toilet was inestable not properly installed also we never were able to use the TV’s the WiFi never worked this hotel is pet friendly but they for the first time make us pay $50 per day

I didnt like the fact that i had an early flight and they couldnt accommodate us in another room until 4 pm. Living out of suitcase in a public bathroom. Pluss the room was unsafe with fuse box showing. It was installed without a box with wires showing. Im sure it was against all electrical codes. I really felt unsafe. Couldnt get in touch with management. Would not answer phone
