Consigliatissima!

Valerio รจ stato gentilissimo e si รจ fatto in quattro per farci stare bene ed soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La villa รจ esattamente come descritto: grande giardino recintato, con un cancello direttamente sulla spiaggia. La piccola veranda in muratura ci ha offerto una meravigliosa vista sul mare durante i pasti... impagabile. La casa รจ dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, sia per la vita domestica, sia per la spiaggia. Posizione geografica eccezionale tra Cagliari (da visitare!) e le stupende spiagge della zona di Chia e Teulada. Consigliatissimo!

Nous avons passรฉ, nos amis et nous, un trรจs agrรฉable sรฉjour chez Valerio, un hรดte trรจs agrรฉable et trรจs ร  l'รฉcoute. La maison est idรฉalement situรฉe en bord de mer avec accรจs direct depuis le jardin. Les repas pris sur la terrasse offrent une vue magnifique avec les pins en premiers plans et la mer ร  peine plus loin. La maison est confortable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Les alentours offrent de nombreuses possibilitรฉs de promenades, restaurants, visites culturelles ou de dรฉtente. Merci Valerio

Maison vieillissante mais proche de la mer

Valerio est un hรดte trรจs sympathique et accueillant . Sa maison reste vieillissante, douche , รฉquipement cuisine , disjonction maison avec lave vaisselle, Clim portative chambre avec fenรชtre ouverte . Le nombre de KW est ร  prendre en compte dans lโ€™annonce et surtout ร  voir . Nous avons atteint le quota en ne la mettant que 3 fois durant 1 semaine.Le positionnement de la maison est extra et juste ร  cรดtรฉ dโ€™un plage trรจs sympa . Attention รฉnorme tde moustique dans cette rรฉgion et devient vite dรฉsagrรฉable.

Sehr schรถne Wohnung in traumhafter Strandlage

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von sechs Erwachsenen fรผr eine Woche auf Sardinien in der Ferienwohnung von Valerio. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit Strandblick direkt von der Terrasse. Valerio ist der beste Gastgeber, den man sich wรผnschen kann. Er ist freundlich, humorvoll und versorgte uns stets mit Tipps zu Aktivitรคten in der Umgebung. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Sรฉjour a perde sali

La maison ai trรจs bien situรฉ, elle a de bon รฉquipement. La plage au fond du jardin ai une plage avec des galets mais dans l'eau c'est du sable les enfants ont pieds assez loin c'est parfait. Le seul bรฉmol c'est que ne savions pas c'est que c'est une maison mitoyenne et le parking ai ร  partager entre les locataires et toute la maison n'ai pas climatisรฉ . Sinon nous avons passรฉ un agrรฉable sรฉjour et valerio nous a trรจs bien accueilli rien a dire.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft!

Wir kรถnnen nichts bemรคngeln - der ruhige, flache Strand direkt vor dem Haus hat den Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern fรผr uns perfekt gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr groรŸ und hat eine gedeckte Terrasse, so dass wir auch an einem Regentag genug Platz hatten. Einen groรŸen Garten gibt es als Extra auch noch. Und mit Auto sind viele weitere Strรคnde in der Umgebung schnell zu erreichen.
