We always stay at Hampton Inn. We love this hotel chain. My stay this time was significantly impacted by diesel fumes coming into hotel and my room due to truck parked outside with engine running. I developed a significant headache that is still lingering this evening from this situation.

We got in and our room was cold. Guy looked at it and said it wasn't working right. Turned it up and went out for supper and the evening and got back and the room was even colder. Guy looked at it again and suggested adding another plug in heater and rip it all apart the next day. In the end we moved to another room at 11pm. The hot tub wasn't working the whole 3 days we were there either.

The room was quite clean, but the hallways were not even vacuumed! Quite dirty. We also had a room with a weird heater that whirred and cut in and out noisily. If there had been a bathroom fan, we could have turned it on to drown out the heater noise....but there wasn't one. The hot tub was broken... The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with lots of variety. It was an okay stay.
