Hotel was ok. Communication with staff regarding underground parking was horrible. Underground parking is NOT connected to hotel, which is fine. But when it's -43 windchill and you have to haul suitcases, would have been a nice heads up to have as we were leaving the front reception and we had already asked a few questions about parking. There is no signage in the underground parking where the hotel is or where to exit to get to the hotel. Just street names. We did have to call to find out which area to park in and how to leave the underground by walking to get to the hotel. Also underground parking door does lock. Would have been nice to know the times when they open and lock the door instead of walking back and forth outside to get a code to get our vehicle out. Parking lot is not monitored by hotel, but hotel staff know enough about the parking to pass that information on to guests. Highly recommend passing that information to your hotel guests at check-in next time!

I understand the hotel was under renovations but it has been for a long time now. The room seemed rushed when it was renovated with soap dispensers coming out of the wall, toilet paper holders not attached right and the wall paper having bubbles and not being finished in some places. The breakfast buffet for $22 was only a little better than a continental breakfast with only the basic breakfast items it didn't seem worth the price. Room service ending by 930 seemed odd for a hotel charging $120 a night. The hotel was quiet which is good. Overall it wasn't the best experience for a Hilton property and I will probably not stay again

Hot tub was lukewarm. Twice when my daughter went to pool, there were no towels. Although it appeared the hotel was barely booked ( only a few cars in the lot) they gave someone the room connected to ours. The noise was very frustrating, as i assume the kids had their adjoining door open. Constant knocking and banging. Could hear everything. Even woke up to the sounds of someone vomiting!! Plus i guess i didnt read the fine print, cause i thought parking would be validated and didnt realize i would be charged $16 to park.
