Hotel had great potential. Restaurant food was amazing, short staff and overworked during our visit. Hotel was acceptable. Bathroom door did not function so no privacy while using. Staff on check in interaction was limited. No explaining of location of amenities. We’re more interested in getting deposit for room. No idea that we had to register for parking. No handicap parking available as they were being used by none handicap vehicles.

Best included breakfast you will ever have. Too bad the Hotels.com site which informs the customer of a “free” included breakfast as a “gold member” when they book the room does not appear at the hotel check-in desk when you arrive! The Hotels.com booking appears as a generic “Expedia” booking, which doesn’t include the promised upgrades or breakfast!
