Great stay!

We had a great stay here in Saskatoon for a stop-over! The convenience of the waterpark and door inside the room that led to it was awesome. At one point a little one did poop in the hot tub lol, but hotel staff were quick to deal with it. That said, they did not drain the hot tub and just "let the chlorine sanitize it", closed it for 30 minutes maybe and then re-opened it. Not sure if it should have been drained if there is a soiling...?

We didn’t get the room I booked. I had my kids with me who were tired at arrival. The bed that was given didn’t accommodate us. We had to leave. And nothing was available in the city for hotels. And we drove 5 hours away from home to be told there was a mishaps. Disappointed.

Being poolside is incredibly loud, and noise throughout the halls and rooms transfers quite easily. The fitness centre closed while we were there and was not opening for over a month.
