This was my second time staying Park Town. Staff are very nice and rooms are great. Hotel is pretty quiet and very close to river for a nice. Parking leaves a little to be desired, but loved the under ground in the winter. While worth the extra $15.00 a night.

Absolutely loved the food! The service was great too! They are working very hard with limited staff. Be kind! Pool was a bonus and kept clean, older yes but tidy and lots of seating. Location was great for our purposes, walkable to the University. The was also an added bonus.

Unfortunately they placed us in a pet room and the room smelt like wet dog as soon as we opened the door. We had to keep the window open for four days and bought an air freshener. We asked the front desk right after we entered our room is it was a pet room and they said it was. When we told them about the bad smell they offered another room, another pet room, and it smelled just as bad. They offered to freshen the room with an ionizer but we said we would use the window. The room was also quite dated and shabby. It was disappointing and we would not recommend it at all. Pet rooms should be kept as pet rooms only. The staff was pleasant and seemed sympathetic but no better room was able to be provided as it was a busy long weekend. The area is sketchy but there is security outside patrolling the parking area at all times. There is a nice park across the street, however, and a lovely Ukrainian museum as well as the river close by.

Great hotel with a lot to offer

This is a really nice hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is very clean and has a bit of a high end atmosphere. There are 2 restaurants on site, I ordered room service and it fast and delicious and reasonably priced. It’s located right across from a large park, which was nice for an evening stroll.
