Large House

We had a great stay! There was room for everyone and it was in a great location to walk into Saugatuck. The house was well equipped and comfortable. I loved that we did not have to make up beds when we arrived and everyone had a towel to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the kitchen sink was leaking under the cupboard. However, I contacted them and the had it fixed while we were in town which was wonderful. Highly recommend this property if you have a large group!

Great location, walking distance to downtown. Nice little surprise birthday party for my wife with her friends. Property was great and accommodating for all of us, including one guest in a wheelchair.

A very nice place.

Over all, the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. There were a few things that needed to be fixed when we got there, and Kevin was very prompt to come and do so. Some of the furniture is a bit worn. The photos show the house better than it is. But we had a very nice time.

Fantastic location. Tired, worn interior

We loved the location! Super convenient for a quick walk down to everything. The screened in porch was a nice bonus. The house is ok but was not the finish out we expected. Bedding was tired and could use a deep cleaning. Lots of interior steps. No en-suite bathrooms. One small bedroom off the kitchen has a half bath attached. Upstairs over the garage has two bedrooms and a full bath. It’s a house that has been added on and added on to. The main portion of the house has three bedrooms, one off the kitchen, one down a hall and another down some stairs, garden level. 1. Worn out bedding. 2. Bedroom with the king bed needs the carpet cleaned and bedding deep cleaned. Animal odor. 3. Clean the fan grates in the bathroom. 4. Clean the mold in the showers. 5. There were 2 mismatched wine glasses in a 5 bedroom rental.

Saugatuck Weekend

We visited Saugatuck for the first time with friends and this location is ideal for walking into town to enjoy drinks, dinner and/or shopping. There was so much to do we needed more time.

The overall experience was wonderful. Effortless stroll to the main part of town. Easiest check in ever. Communcation with the Owner was great. A little more attention to cleaning in between guests. Also, i would repair or replace the upstairs bathroom tile; there are a couple of loose tiles and dated. The kitchen is Very well supplied. Plenty of cable and apps to choose from. We had a wonderful time.

Great family house, fantastic location.

We had Gramma, Grampa, our two sons and their wives and 5 grandchildren. (11 of us in all). Much to love about this property. Starting with fantastic location . . beautiful quite neighborhood just minutes from the waterfront. House is well maintained and well stocked. The screened porch and common areas in the house area very good (perhaps a bit cramped inside for 11 people. Yard is great for kids and cookouts. Only negatives are that there are 2 1/2 baths where 3 baths would have been better. The counter-top stove was confusing at first (hard to light, numbers on dials are worn off) but after we figured it out, it was fine. Double oven was a plus. I would highly recommend and would return when visiting Saugatuck again.

Mother’s Day weekend

Perfect location! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Overall had a great experience. Had enough dishes for 3 days worth for 8 people so we were not doing dishes and ran the dishwasher once. Since it was early May I’m guessing yard cleanup will happen soon. Had a few hiccups with one toilet not working upon arrival and was told they couldn’t get a Plummer there that weekend and hoped it wouldn’t be an inconvenience. Ants crashing the party on the counter but we finally got them under control. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again
 very convenient for what we wanted/ needed.

After Labor Day Visit to Saugatuck

We have stayed in this property before. It comfortably accommodated 11 of us. Location is great, a short block from town. The kitchen is well equipped, everything we needed was there plus a large dining table that seated all of us. We love the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and gathering together at night. Great property, we would love to stay here again!

Girl's Shopping Week-end!

The property is as described. The restroom facilities are nice, large and can accommodate a large group. The open kitchen, dining and living area was great for having everyone together. The HVAC was inconsistent from one bedroom to the next. The two bedrooms closest to the living space were too warm and the back bedroom and bedrooms upstairs were too cold. Loved the ability to walk to town. Overall a great place to stay!

comfortable, well stocked, great location!

Our group of 10 had a great experience in this house—plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen in particular is very well stocked for cooking and eating together. The house was clean and they supplied basics like towels and shampoo. The screened porch was the perfect spot for hanging out. The location is also ideal—easy walk in to town but quiet in the evenings. Management was super responsive when we had a problem with the WiFi on the first day and it was resolved immediately. Thank you for a lovely trip!
