Every detail has been considered in this beautiful villa which was designed for luxurious comfort and relaxation.
Beautiful updated home on the ''Hill''. Great location close to downtown. Open concept living area with cozy wood burning fireplace (wood is not provided). Vaulted ceilings and wood floors throughout. Kitchen with solid surface counter tops, tile backslash and island snack ledge. Breakfast nook and a separate dining room. Relax in the gorgeous sun room (attached to the house through the garage) with floor to ceiling gas fireplace which opens up to the lovely patio area complete with wet bar, built-in grill, sitting area and hot tub, perfect for entertaining. The master ensuite on the main with beautifully designed master bath. Floor to ceiling tile as well as unique tile flooring.
