Die Villa Rossana ist aufgrund ihrer Lage direkt am Meer ein einzigartiges Anwesen! in der zurückhaltenden Fischerstadt Savaneta. Es verfügt über eine riesige Zufahrt / Parkplatz, Platz für 9 Personen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Privatstrand und einen privaten Pier. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang! Die Villa bietet die perfekte Kombination zwischen Luxus und entspanntem Wohnen im Inselstil. Das Hotel liegt zwischen dem beliebten Restaurant "Flying Fishbone" und dem Fischmarkt / Restaurant "Zeerovers". Nur 8 min. vom Flughafen.

Die Villa ist 4500 qm groß und liegt direkt am Wasser. Sie besteht aus 2 Gebäuden, dem Haupthaus und einer Garage sowie einem Waschraum mit Außenbad. Das Haupthaus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und ein Klappbett auf der Terrasse des Wohnzimmers mit Blick auf das Wasser. Das ganze Haus ist klimatisiert und da das Haus Sonnenkollektoren hat, ist der gesamte Strom im Mietpreis enthalten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. BR # 2 ist mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer verbunden und verfügt über ein Einzelbett. BR # 3 hat ein französisches Bett und teilt sich ein Badezimmer mit BR # 4, das auch ein französisches Bett hat. So kann das Haus 9 in vorhandenen Betten schlafen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen. Es gibt einen Familien- / Fernsehraum, der vom Rest des Hauses abgeschlossen werden kann. Vom Wohnzimmer aus betreten Sie die Außenterrasse mit einem Esstisch für 8 Personen, einem Gasgrill und Liegestühlen auf dem Sand am Wasser Bereich. Das führt zum privaten Pier mit Sonnendeck. Eine Besonderheit sind 2 Kanus, die Sie vom Pier aus nutzen können.

The location was absolutely fantastic! The palapa was a hit! When we weren't out exploring the island, we spent most of our time relaxing, swimming and snorkeling underneath it. We were surprised by the variety of fish we saw and even spotted a brittle star!The house comfortably fit all 8 of us and the kitchen was well-stocked for the many meals we cooked at home. Although we couldn't find any mixing bowls, so it might be worth adding a set. The outdoor kitchen was a great bonus!A few things weren't working during our stay — the outdoor kitchen's ice maker, the master bath jacuzzi, and the outdoor flood light required a call to management. They did respond to the flood light question, though we didn't get to use the jacuzzi.One suggestion: labels on the light switches would be a huge help! There are a lot of them, and we spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out what controlled what as some switches were in a different room. TIP for future guests — the outdoor flood light is controlled by two horizontal switches in the master bathroom; turn both to the right and you're all set!Overall, a memorable trip and a GREAT property. We'd love to come back!

We had a great stay in Savaneta. The covered pier with the hammocks was top notch, and we spent a ton of time out there. The outdoor kitchen was also excellent, and made it easy to cook a couple nice steaks without any hassle.We did our Valentine’s Day dinner at the neighbouring Flying Fishbone and would strongly recommend it. Great experience and super convenient.The house was clean and honestly massive for the four of us. It would easily fit three couples plus a few kids comfortably.

Fantastic place with a few caveats.

First, we'd go back and stay in this home again. For the money, it's hard to beat the location, the view, the palapa, and a number of other fantastic amenities provided. Taxi cost is about 40 to the North end. Aruba is an arid island with desert-like conditions. It's south of the hurricane zone and is around 80 degrees every day, an obvious part of its appeal. The people are kind. You'll be fleeced some for your American so it pays to understand the exchange rate and carry local currency.We'd revisit this island and we would return to this home. Paradise

Villa Rossana is a spacious, beautifully decorated house, with a brand-new, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. The MBR is large, with a beautiful master bath. All the beds were comfortable. Multiple ductless mini split AC systems provide quiet, efficient cooling throughout the house. There is a car port for parking your car in the shade and a motorized gate (operation is a bit flimsy, maybe the remote needs a new battery). The backyard of Villa Rosana is right at the ocean, has palm trees and other beautiful plants and iguanas! There is a full size, shaded outdoor kitchen (gas grill, sink, beverage fridge) with a bar-it's perfect! Our favorite place was the dock gazebo! From comfy, lounge chairs, you can enjoy the breeze and watch pelicans fish at the outer reef. From the lower deck of the dock, you can dive right into the clear, calm water. If you snorkel, you can find quite a variety of marine life right underneath the dock!  There are three kayaks with paddles for exploring the bay and visiting Seaglass Island. Two minutes on foot takes you to two restaurants that offer fundamentally different seafood experiences, we found both to be special. Wintergarden groceries is local, US-style groceries are at Super Food Plaza. If you want a truly authentic, fresh fish market experience, check out Centro Di Pesca Spaans Lagoen (early AM or 6PM). In summary, we loved Villa Rossana and couldn't imagine a better place to experience Aruba-highly recommended!

House was as big and fully equipped as described in a quiet location. 2 great restaurants within 100 yards walking distance, and supermarkets 1/2 mile away. Beautiful views, but the location is windy. Property manager very responsive, airport 10 minutes away, Aruba roads easy to get around.

Stay was great!

A few things to remember when staying here. Easy to get to anywhere on the island but you will need a car for sure. Flying Fishbone and Zeeover are literally a 2 minute walk in either direction out your door and extremely good. The dock is amazing but the fishing was rough. 4 days of trying and we caught nothing. That being said the fishing on the entire island is terrible. The charters weren’t catching anything either. If you’re looking for an amazing beach and family fun spot this is it. Our kids are scared of the ocean so a pool would have been awesome but other than that we wouldn’t change a thing. Next time we would just stay at their other property here in Aruba with the pool.

Palapa is life

Loved the direct oceanfront property. A coffee in the palapa is a genius way to start any day. Appreciated the kayaks and beach chairs that were available. Great communication when we had questions about the villa/island. Concierge service was super helpful organizing private ATV tour and private chefs (shout out to Chef Martjin and Chef Shirley!). Loved it. Would highly recommend.
