Perfect spot for a 3 day stay. Property was beautiful and had the amenities we needed (kitchen stocked with dishes, comfy couch,etc). Really great, proactive communication from the owner. And a great location. You can hear the music from the bar next door a bit, but it only impacted us on Friday night and it was expected for a busy location, but they do provide ear plugs, just in case, which is a nice touch. Overall great stay!

We loved the location and rarely used our car. The loft is so beautiful, well stock with everything you need and more.The location on the river is magical especially with the morning fog. We enjoyed people watching during lunch on our little balcony. Communication with owner was fast and easy. We were there during the week. We noticed the volume in the area at night was louder on our last night which was Friday but the owner provided earplugs in case you had an issue with that. Not a problem for us.

Bay Street Flat was perfect for our visit to Savannah. The views of the river were magnificent. We could watch cargo ships come and go any time of the day. Everything was in easy walking distance-shopping, restaurants, and Savannah places of interest. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. This would be my first choice when visiting again!

It’s like staying in the “Captain’s Quarters” including incredible views of port traffic & River Street off the private balcony & downtown Savannah out the entrance. I cannot say enough good things about place. These guys thought of everything. From the cleanliness, to the extra laundry detergent, they had it all. Our favorite was their book of recommendations! They obviously put so much time into that and it was spot on! We loved, loved, loved it! The place was immaculately clean! Great place!

Super clean and spacious - this place is huge for two people! My wife and I loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings to just people watch and in the mornings for a cup of coffee. This unit is in the heart of the River Street area - walking distance to everything - which was great because parking gets expensive in Savannah.This is an old building and the unit has been refurbished with modern amenities - we found it to be very comfortable and we found everything to be as described in the ad. Great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of downtown Savannah!
