The customer service at this place was horrendous. We stayed one night and we were told breakfast ended at 10am. The next day when we walked in to the breakfast hall, they said breakfast ended at 9am. Other people joined in our complaint at the desk saying they were also told the same thing. The manager was incredibly defensive and dismissive telling us that we should've looked at the back of the keycard. I asked for a partial refund and he said "breakfast is free." Unless anyone who didn't pay for a night at the hotel can walk in any day and take food, it is NOT free. It is part of the paid arrangement and families look at everything that is included before booking something. The manager never mentioned retraining his employees or apologized for the mix-up.

The refrigerator did not have a freezer in it which was disappointing. The tub shower faucet didn’t work properly and was extremely difficult to get the water from scalding. The TV was very difficult to use with the remote. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. We had a couple of very small issues with the front desk and housekeeping. The toilet clogged and when we called the front desk, expecting that they would come fix it, they told us to come get the plunger from them so we could take care of it. Housekeeping came when we were getting ready to leave for the day, which was fine bc we did not need linens changed. We just asked that they take the trash out from both our adjoining rooms. They did not do it, but instead handed us new trash bags. So overall great, as long as you don't mind the "self-service" vibe.

Our bed had loose debris in it. There was food and debris on the office chair and a dead bug in the light fixture in the bathroom. The hotel is very close to the airfield, causing loud disturbance that we were not prepared for.

Clean room and bed was very comfortable. The only issue I have which is the same for all hotels in this particular area is the helicopters from the military base
