Staff was not very helpful when we informed them we found a roach like bug in our room. They basically just apologized and that was it. I had to ask for garbage bags for our belongings to hopefully not bring any critters along with us home.

Check in was fast and easy. The first 2 keys didn't work, but were quickly fixed. The room was big! There was a sitting room and a separate bedroom. We had 2 TVs. Most of the channels were news channels or sports channels, but we didn't come for the TV. My only complaints were that the hot water didn't get very hot and the uncarpeted floor was dirty. And for some reason the only sink was in the sitting area. With no towel holder. So after you washed your hands you had to drip water back to the bathroom to dry your hands. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

The rooms were clean and plenty of room. Property was clean and safe and plenty of parking. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not far from restaurants and shopping. About 20 minutes from savannah historic district and most attractions but right off I-95 so not hard to get around.

The breakfast menu was great. They had multiple choices of what to eat & drink. They offer room service & they have a flyer in the room. The room was very nice & it wasn't too small. The staff was very nice & respectful. The parking was amazing & it was close to the lobby doors. They had 2 tv's & I was shocked about it. However, one only works the other one didn't. The bathtub was a good size, but it looked like the painting was coming off & on the wall. it was a small size, but it can be repainted. When I was watching tv & I hit the mute button, there was a green snowy fuzzy that covered most of the screen. I had to wait a few minutes before it went off. The tv looked like it was going to shut off but it didn't. They need to take a look at the tv & possible electric issue. Other than that, I had a great experience with this hotel.

Great experience. Very clean and new. Staff was exceptional especially Hugh who went out of his way to make our staff enjoyable. Large parking area. Will definitely stay again. Lovely room set up with sitting room and bedroom each with a tv.
