The location was the only good thing about this hotel. The check in process was horrible, over and over again the check in clerk entered the wrong expiration date on my card so she told me it was declined. The A/C unit wasn't working, it never cooled down and even after telling the front desk it never got fixed. The waffles were the only good thing about the breakfast, it was just plain dirty in the breakfast area. The amount of trash in the stairwells was horrible, not to mention the garbage was overflowing in every public area but the lobby. Definitely wouldn't stay again 😞

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and the AC in our room was fantastic. The hotel is in a bit of a rowdy part of town. Lots of loud music and yelling until 2-3am…makes it difficult if you have young children/infants. Hotel doors are also external and you have to pay $36 per night to park (on top of room cost and taxes).

Great location

Planned a girl's trip to see Savannah. The location was great. The ladies at the desk during check in noticed I was using a cane and without me asking, changed our room to a handicap accessible room. The river front is so close that even I could walk to it. We took a sightseeing trolly and there was a stop right across the street. Everything was so convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. Beds were also comfortable. If we decide to come to Savannah again, we know where to stay.

Do not stay there. Person behind desk rude, sheets felt like a shower curtain plastic. You call that coffee? It was instant. The men working on the floor was a plus not. Construction in breakfast area. Cream cheese was rotten. Overall would never stay again. One good thing close to everything

Mixed emotions.

The room needed some repairs. The AC was so noisy, the fan in the bathroom didnt work, the detachable wand in the shower was missing which is not good in a handicap room. The room had a strong mildew odor. There were tables outside our room and a group of guys were sitting there and really loud at 1am. We did like the location and the breakfast was really great. Best we've had in our travels.

This property is in a perfect location that is very walkable and one block from River street which made it very convenient. Unfortunately the room had an infestation of flies in the bathroom and the sheets had stains and hair on them which we didn't notice until right before we went to get into bed. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforter and kept the bathroom door closed to prevent the bugs from coming out. Also it was incredibly noisy outside of our room, especially for a Sunday night. Overall I would not recommend booking a room at this location.

We had an adjoining room, the door between the two rooms were so thin we could hear everything the couple next door were saying. We were given a King size bed (no problem) but the pillows were the size fit for a crib, get larger pillows and insulate the doors between rooms!!!
