The room and bathroom was dirty. There was so much dust. We itched the entire stay from dust. We cleaned ourselves and it still was enough. There were ppl sleeping on the benches in hallway. I watched someone cough all over the coffee machine. The elevator was broke, ppl screaming. It was just a mess never again will I be cheap with myself.

Room, towels, and bedding visibly clean. Some patchwork in walls and ceiling. Room smelled awful. Like smoke and mildew covered up by some odd odor neutralizer that wasn’t working. Bed hard and very uncomfortable. Water not very hot. Elevator was broken. Desk clerk spent about two minutes finishing a private call before acknowledging and helping me.

The room and bed were comfortable. The fitness center needed a "mat station" or yoga mats to do a floor workout. The elevator was down so we had to climb 3 flights to our room with luggage.

The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were dark, horrible and has strong paint smell. The first room we got wasn't cleaned at all and one of my kids has a sensory issue so when she started throwing up,we had to checked out immediately. I requested a refund but i only received one night payments instead of two. The gentleman at the front decks was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience yet my money hasn't been received. I will never recommend the hotel anyone.

From the moment I checked in, the experience was unacceptable. Unit 310 had large holes in the walls, and the unit had a strong, overpowering smell masked with heavy fragrance. The walls next to the bathtub were visibly moldy and black. The overall first impression was horrible. The elevators were not working, and the front desk receptionist repeatedly stated, “I don’t normally work this shift,”but she did her best. I was forced to use the back of house stairwell, where the baseboard vinyl strip was laying loose on the floor. The corridor carpet was badly damaged and bubbled throughout the hallway. This was all observed just from check in to walking to my unit. I only stayed because all other hotels were fully booked, the reviews misleadingly showed an 8.2 rating, and due to exhaustion and lack of available options, I was unable to pursue canceling at the time.

I was given a suite which was huge but the dead bolt on the door did not work. Instead the door had two manual latches. The room itself looked pretty run down but the bed was comfortable. The elevator did not work which posed a problem for me since I was 4 weeks post-op from hip replacement surgery. I can't comment on the breakfast since I did not partake.

The elevator was broke. The rooms stank and felt dirty. The A/C rattled and didn’t feel like it was cooling. We checked out in less than 30 minutes and booked another hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly.

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The bed was hard as a rock and the rooms were a bit outdated. The breakfast choices were the typical cheap waffles, yogurt, powder eggs and coffee... nothing special or remarkable.

Very run down hotel. This place needs upgraded in a bad way. Semi clean rooms. The elevater was broke. Only one set of stairs in the corner. any metal fixed to walls was extremely corroded and rusted. (sprinklers, door locks, lights by bed) Asked for extra towels and the guy at the front said I had to bring the old ones, wouldnt give me any extra than then what we had. Asked at check in about restaurants and he said nothing around here, need to go to the city......... there were multiple choices within walking distance. Breakfast was very limited. I wouldn't stay here again. Do not recomend.
