The front desk staff was polite but our room literally had no curtains and stains around the toilet — the “maintenance staff” was plain clothes people in their pajamas who couldn’t find curtains and rod so they hung a blanket over the window. They used the desk chair in flip flops to hang. Extremely dangerous. The pool is ice cold. The hot tub seems dirty and the timer is broken. Pool area bathroom disgusting and did not lock. The shower took minutes to get hot. Beds average comfort. They called at 10:58am to tell us to be out by 11am — but already knocked on the door at 10:50am to ask us to leave. Wild, unfortunate experience. Would never stay here again.
