The pictures on the web is false advertising. The pics of the property look nothing like the pics on the website. Room was dirty, and the surroundings felt unsafe. I immediately asked for a refund and went to a different hotel. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was ok, it just needed to be updated a little. The bathroom floor could use a little more attention to cleaning and the desk had some crumbs on it. Nothing major. The price of the room was great, so those little things could be overlooked. The location was convenient to restaurants and the highway. So overall, it was worth the stay.

I stayed from Saturday until next week Sunday and had no service. No trash taken out, no clean towels, no sheets changed. Didn’t even ask if I wanted service. So Tuesday evening I requested service for Wednesday, nothing. Went by office Thursday morning and requested for Thursday, nothing. I had to buy towels. I refused to go and request again. Ridiculous

The mirror on the wall fell as I was walking past it when I entered the room probably because you have to slam the door closed because you can barely open and close it. Luckily I caught and it didn’t break also luckily it didn’t land on my kid very dangerous. Please make sure what’s hanging is more secured.

Bad stay

Room was in poor condition. Very old. None of the lamps worked. The AC did not work well. Bathroom tile loose and holes around bath tub. Water pressure was almost non existent. Electric wall covers were missing. The only nice thing in the room were the beds they were comfortable. Being checked in was fine. I would not recommend this place at all. It needs a lot of improvement.

The air smelled of marijuana at the hotel. It appeared the door may have been kicked in a few times because it wouldn’t lock with out a hard shove from the inside. The staff was friendly enough. I booked this because it was a 7.6 star but it should have been more of a 5 star. SAFETY is the reason I marked this so low. I did not feel safe at this location.
